Thankfully I only spent a half hour on…

Thankfully I only spent a half hour on the phone but they were completely useless. I kept being told to find something to click on to connect my printer and every single time, whatever it was I was supposed to click wasn't there. They were supposed to have access to my screen but obviously they didn't. I got so frustrated that I politely ended the call. I'd rather pay someone to come fix my issue than deal with that again

I called to get help to reset my…

I called to get help to reset my printer and i was told because my warranty had expired it would be 19.99 to get help. I think this is horrible for an American company to do this to a customer that purchased a printer. I will never buy HP again!

Printer set failure for Deskjet 4130e.

Printer set failure for Deskjet 4130e.

Lots of paper booklets came with the printer but nothing about printer set up failure.

The printer set up procedure froze after asking me to insert paper.

The chatbot does not accept printer set up failure as a topic.

After 42 years of using home computers/printers I had to phone technical support for the first time. It took 30 minutes with help to set up a printer known to have set up problems.

Technical support worth 5 stars but 123.hp.com is not worth one star.
