I have ordered an car accumalater. After installation, I did a battery check in an official service of my car brand. It showed the battery is in bad condition and has too low CCA and the service suggested to replace it. The 123autoparts.nl shop ignores my service resolution and doesn't provide a clear and easy way to return this battery and asks to make a bunch of battery tests which requires instruments, time and money.
Oder friday 14:00 get parts teusday 15:30 for sure not next day delivery and its missing two parts what was on their site for money back must wait 14 days . Problem solved better than expected

Based on my License Plate, I ordered 2 Wipers.
After couple of days I receive one which did not fit.
Yep, IT DID NOT FIT!! Wrong connector.
On the package of that Wiper, it was mentioned multiple connectors, however that was not true.
Still waiting for the second wiper ..

Easy to distinguish which windshield wipers I needed thanks to the number plate check. Good price, fast shipment, happy with the quality. All wipers came with a surprising amount of adapters, of which I only needed one. Makes me feel bad about using that much plastic, to be honest. Plus side is that its nearly impossible to buy a product that doesn't fit on your attachment system. Saves a lot of time and effort.

Zero communication. I bought parts that never updated shipping info and then after multiple messages without response they put a bogus tracking number and showed it as delivered but it was not my items.

Was kind of hesitant ordering Bosch windscreen wipers for my i20, after reading the reviews on Trustpilot yesterday. But the service was great. Order came in today, hand delivered by a postal service which uses live tracking. So no waiting in time slots. Windscreen wipers fitted my car perfectly. To conclude zero complaints.
Ordered a pair of wipers that I'm yet to receive. After a week of following up zero response from the company. Stay away!
