The TV I ordered came quickly and securely. I searched the internet and found the prices cheaper for the same Tv. I was thrilled to see they stocked it in white which other companies didn't. It was for my mothers 91st birthday and looks perfect in her bedroom!

ordered the tv & it was delivered within a couple of days, slightly later than the allocated time slot but you have to realise that the drivers can get held up on the roads & trying to deliver parcels to customers who aren't home. all in all a great service.

This firm respond immediately to any questions and provide an excellent service with very quick delivery that can be tracted on line.

I purchased an "a grade" tv for a substantial discount. What made it "a grade" were minor issues. I now have a great tv and bought it for a great price (62.5% inc delivery of the same tvs new price elsewhere). It was delivered quickly and the service was good. So far I am very pleased with my buy.

I purchased a 42" LG tv which came within 4 days. I emailed customer services as I thought they'd sent me the wrong tv (a 3d tv which I hadn't ordered), I received a very prompt and polite reply. This was my first order through 123av and I will definitely be ordering again.

I was very pleased with the speed that the TV arrived from 123 AV no problem at all. It was exactly as I expected. Only thing I would comment on is in the booklet it says to register the TV with Toshiba but when you call to do that they don't register it because it comes from 123 AV it would be nice if that information had been available to save the call.

I was so impressed with all aspects of the service and the quality of the product supplied. Delivered within two days. Also customer service very good when I had a telephone query about delivery times.

I had purchased a TV which was listed as A grade (which is different from new). When we received the product, it did appear to be not new and we were worried if the screen had a scratch. But when we wiped the TV (and the screen), the product was as new. So, no complaints. A manual was included though it wasn't the original manual (one of the reasons a product can be marked as A Grade but not new is missing things like original manuals).

All in all, not a purchase I can complain against at all.

I was delighted with the service I received and my TVs were delivered in a little more that 36 hours after placing the order. The prices were very attractive, especially for such renowned manufacturers. I have since recommended 123av to all of my friends and colleagues.

I bought a Centurion 8 glass TV stand and the speed and efficiency the order was dealt with was very impressive. Usually with packages like this, I expect some damage to the box or contents but have to say it was in impeccable condition. I've never purchased from 123AV before but they have certainly moved up my list of preferred suppliers now.

Purchased a Toshiba television. Arrived within two days. Able to use straight away. £100 cheaper than Tesco Direct. Fantastic service. Would happily purchase other items from this company.
