THE PRODUCT RECEIVE WAS DAMAGED. I STAY IN DUBAI. WHEN I RECEIVED THE SEAL WAS BROKEN AND THE LIQUID WAS SPILLED ON THE GUIDE BOOK
NO ONE IS RESPONDING ME

Ordered on September 11 and it was posted Express the next day. It’s now October 4 and I haven’t received my order. After having sent multiple emails to them only to be told I had to do this and that with AU Post because “they were the ones who lost the package not us” AND having spent hours with AU Post Customer Service both in person and on the phone, 123 has no intention of replacing my order despite confirmation that the package is lost! I indicated I’d might try to get a refund from my bank but instead have been working with AU Post first. I told them that I hadn’t followed through with the bank but they grabbed onto that and told me they would not be reissuing my order as I’d had a refund from the bank!! Twisting my words constantly to suit themselves. SO they have AU$119.95 of my money and I have nothing. Nothing but endless stress and time spent for nearly a month. I purchased from this company a few years ago but don’t deal with them now! If anything goes wrong like my lost package, they really couldn’t care less but they are happy to keep your money, gaslight you and not supply!! My poor review is not an isolated one!

Absolutely amazing

I first started this diet back in 2018.. lost 25kg initially at 47 yrs of age. I was so surprised but it's proof if you actually follow this diet correctly it works. This means don't cheat, eat the correct foods, drink enough water and take the drops appropriately. I have then been doing the diet once a year since and it cleanses my whole body every time. I am 4 weeks into phase 2 at the moment. Just remember meal planning is the key!!!

I've started back on the drops after losing 12kg a few years ago & thought l needed a break . Didnt gain much but was not happy so l went back on & am doing well.Heading for another 10kg will be good .
