Disapointed

I received flowers from this site and I was so upset for my sister who sent them. She spent $100.00 and it looked like a $15.00 bouquet. Crazy expensive !!

False advertising

Reply to your gaslighting reply: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ARE TRYING TO GASLIGHT ME! You reply to this review is SO unprofessional.
No, I did not want to use a 700mxn voucher (promotion that I didn't even know it existed).
****I wanted to make use of the promotion you yourselves sent over an email where there was NO minimum spending in order to get the discount.*****
I did NOT receive another email right after to inform me that you were altering the promotion like any other professional company would do.
If you deceivingly and unprofessionally changed the promotion on the web, that as customer should not have affected me because of this same reason.
I don't think you even bothered to read my whole review. I did ask VERY POLITELY and even with a confusing tone because I did not get why did I need to order more. The customer service was being unhelpful and becoming sassy by the minute trying to ignore the fact that YOU were not honoring the terms of the promotion of the email.
You need to learn a lot from the Americans yet. You shouldn't have bothered to reply to me doubling down on your gaslighting and deceiving practices. Already submitted my complain to the authorities for your false deceiving promotion. The proof is the email that I received and this reply denying it. Abuse is what you think you can do to your customers and they are just going to take it.
Blackmail for what?? Where is the blackmail?????? You offered false advertising I as a customer complained to the authorities. Letting you know how awful and even illegal your practice is, it is not blackmail.

I have been a customer for 5 years and I never had an issue with them before. Probably because I have never tried to use any of their discounts.
They sent me an email this morning at 4am about a promotion 10% off on "orders" (pedidos) made before today 2/7/2024. The email had on their tiny letter disclaimer specified about the last day of the promotion, not applicable on the shipping. It did not apply on promotions or discount coupons for gourmet and wine baskets. Ok. everything sounded reasonable. I went and I have always ordered through the chat. No problems. This year, unlike other years, I was not spending that much money so I picked two "6 Ramos de Rosas" at idk around 300, 400 pesos, $20dlls each for two different places. Total was over 700 pesos. I specified I was using the discount (since this is the only reason I was ordering today and not a day prior since this is what I usually do). She asks me well the promotion does not apply. I said what do you mean?? She said that it had to be a minimum order of 700 pesos per order, per shipping. I said excuse me?? I don't see that in the email I received this morning. She tried to send me to pay it on the website and I said no, I have never done that so why now. We started arguing over the chat because of their deceiving practices. She tried to turned this on me. Zero apologies, zero shame on denying anything on the written, verifiable promotion with no rules only the ones I mentioned. She was so rude, she cut off the chat and I had to open another one in another browser. I was giving them the opportunity to review their own email and maybe they would come to their senses and actually apply the discount that was promised and advertised by them and mmmh maybe an apology??? Nope, none of that happened. So... I guess my previous orders of last year were the last ones ever. I am also looking to submit a formal complain on Profeco or whatever organization who handles this. If this would have been in USA the companies usually rectify on their own mistakes because it could potentially face actual consequences.
For example, in USA, according to the American Bar Association says in relation to Advertising Principles: "The FTC Act prohibits unfair and deceptive advertising. Like all advertising, promotions must not contain false or misleading statements. Clear and conspicuous disclosures are required when the average consumer is likely to misinterpret a message. Companies advertising promotions must also substantiate their claims before disseminating them. According to the FTC’s Policy Statement on Deception, an advertisement is deceptive if it contains a statement or omits information that is likely to mislead consumers acting reasonably under the circumstances and is important to a consumer’s decision to buy or use the product or service." And specifically about coupons says "Coupons
A coupon entitles the bearer to a stated price reduction or special value on a specific product, generally for a specified period of time. A coupon gives rise to legal obligations based on its terms and creates obligations that may be enforceable by contract law as well as by criminal penalties." Too bad this company is in Mexico.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to review our service Laura. We confirm the following: Customer wanted to use a voucher valid for purchase of 700 MXN and over (excluding delivery) per order. Order value for this customer was 395 MXN per order/address. We are a flexible business and recognize loyal customer. We therefore often offer non published discount to customer, and we could have done so in this occasion. But when staff start to receive abuse from customer, then the conversation stop. Our staff should not be the subject of abuse or blackmail to get a discount.
