Unreliable shop!

Although the product I ordered on Sept 18 was described by the shop as "available", on Sept 22! I received an email which informed me that the product is not available any longer and that I would had to wait for another 9 - 12 days until the product would become "available" again!
I do not think that this shop is to be trusted!
Although I have had this bad experience with this shop, I ordered a second time a printer which was "available" which exactly the same results! Days later, I was informed again that I had to wait a couple of weeks for the printer
