Horrendous service. Cheap toners.
Purchased some toners for shipping to Toronto. Somehow they screwed up the address and it got routed across the country to Vancouver. Delivery that should've taken 2 days instead is now 2 weeks and counting. No effort made by their customer service to send a replacement package or do a refund. They just don't care. Oh well.
TLDR: don't order toner from here if you need it right away.

Good prices and service
I've been buying ink from them for about 4 years with no complaints. I had an expired Groupon and they gave me credit for it's face value (not Groupon value) without hassle. Online chat was helpful and items are shipped quickly. The aftermarket ink for my Canon Pixma MP620 has worked well and is much cheaper than OEM. I have noticed that their selection of ink cartridges without chips has been small and not replenished so I cannot use my OEM chips with these cheaper cartridges. I will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent company with cheap price
I order 4 packs of toners from them and it arrived within just two days, the service is nice, used to call them twice for requesting orders and they answered me very nicely, the quality for the ink and toner cartridges are as nice as the OEM one, they do sell OEM cartridges too but I prefer remanufactured one since it is much cheaper, I am willing to buy something from them again, highly recommended to everyone!

I ordered toners and ink cartridges many time and I am very satisfied with the services, the quality is acceptable and the price is awesome, I was disappointed a bit cuz they didnt have much ipad/iphone accessories but now they got it, looks like they are expanding and I am willing to buy more product from them. highly satisfied !
