I purchased a starter motor from these clowns. It arrived broken - the badly screwed up pieces of paper that were supposed to package it were inadequate but even so I actually suspect it was broken before it was put in the box. It arrived so broken it was useless to fit. I contacted them and very nicely they sorted out the return label etc for an exchange, this was 14th June, the package sent on that day.
However they are now claiming (28th June) that after near 2 weeks the package hasnt arrived at their centre in Berlin. When eventually they admit receiving it it will take then 14 WORKING days (i.e. 3 weeks) to 'unpack it'. THEN they will decide if THEY think it was wrecked by me!!!!
Do NOT use these guys, do not use these guys if they are the only guys on the planet with the part you want, get someone to make it, the process will be quicker and more reliable. What a NIGHTMARE!
If anyone wants a copy of the emails about this and the pictures I am more than happy to supply them
