Tires ordered and paid for by credit card but they never arrived. We canceled the order and they said they would refund in 48 hours.
They didn't do that either.
No tires and no money refunded.
Never again will I buy from them a disappointment it's a scam.

It took 1,5 months to deliver my 2…
It took 1,5 months to deliver my 2 tyres. Very difficult to get into contact with them. Especially if you order has been sent to a garage. First you get a robot telling you your order has been delivered. Then when you do speak to someone they give you incorrect information. Will never use again.

I like Delticom/Reifendirect/123pneu.com or whatever it is called this day. the prices are competitive the delivery quick. Thanks. I would like to see an improvement with the list of mechanics they provide though. Some among these mechanics say bad things about Delticom and harass clients regularly. they say things like I am the last shop who still agrees to install these internet-ordered tires. Or change prices to overcharge the client. Delticom should give a chance to its clients to put a comment freely about the mechanics it proposes on their website. That way the bad apples would be quickly eliminated. At this time there is no way for the client to comment about his/her experience with tire installer, That's a petty. The comments you see are hand-picked and controlled so they don't reflect the reality ...

Placed an order for winter tires. After a week, on expected day of arrival, I contact customer service to be told the tires on the other side of the country. Furthermore, this was the last good week of weather. Additionally the company have done nothing besides apologise and say they will be shipped urgently. Order ur tires at least 15 days before u hope to put them on with this company.... conclusion.... can't drive and no tires
