I ordered a bell it was suppose to be a 4 inch diameter bell with a big foot casted in it. Received the bell and it measured 2 1/2 inches in diameter and it had a big foot sticker stuck on the outside of it. What a major rip off. I don’t think I can possibly even hang it up. It looks so cheap.

The worst customer service experience

The worst customer service experience. I emailed them and waited for a week with no response. I spent $40 on an item that was not exactly what was shown on the website. Very disappointed. Look, I support my Asian people and their products, but I am starting to realize that they are scamming the crap out of us now. Just buy straight from the store where you can actually see it with your own eyes and touch the material to know what you are really getting, so you don't have to go through this awful feeling of being played out of your hard-earned money. I'm no longer going to fall for these Temu, Shein, Facebook, or Instagram cheap price products any longer. If I can't afford it, I will wait for the good items to go on sale. Waiting for it is my reward, period.

Bait and switch low quality cap and slow service!

I waited over a month to finally get my 250th Army anniversary ballcap. Once I got it, I was instantly disappointed in the quality of the cap. It was nowhere near the quality shown on the site from which I bought it. The camouflage pattern was also not the same as advertised. I have paid less for better quality ball caps. Not happy or impressed at all with the company or experience. I would like to ask for my money back!

Very disappointed in this item

Very disappointed in this item. Looks and feel very cheap. It is the 250 year patriot Star. Also it came from China and the delivery took 4 weeks. It was not indicated in the advertisement. For $25 this item is not worth the money. Lesson learned.

Dress too small

I ordered a 2X dress and it barely fits over my head. I was very disappointed. I even ordered 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear. I don't have any info on how to replace it or get a refund.

2024 Nightmare-What went wrong? What went Right?

What went wrong? What went right? I ordered the Love You, Bye art in March 24. On March 29, it was in China and finally ended up in the US on April 9. On April 19, it made it to Indiana where your company was advised that there was NOT proper postage and service was refused. I clearly asked for a refund. But was never given one. Instead, they AGAIN shipped the item and on April 28 it was again in China and again ended up in the US on May 12. It was delivered to Michigan on May 19th. From March 24 to May 19th is how many days? NEVER will I ever order from this company again. If I could give it zero stars, I would have. This was terrible.

I just received my 250 Anniversary…

I just received my 250 Anniversary Marine Corp cover and it came in a flat package all squashed down. What a terrible way to send a special item. The quality of the hat is very cheap and not at all as represented on the website. It certainly is not worth over $25.00. It more like a flea market quality for $5.00. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered two cheese graters on 11-29-24 I just got them today, I am a bit disappointed because it’s not the ones I ordered the handles don’t screw on, but they clip on. Also it would be nice to have markings on the individual blades,so we know what they are for!!

Ordered adorable rubber duck advent calendar. Calendar was shipped in a plastic envelope/packaging. Advent calendar is smashed, some of the windows are open, the side panel has separated from the rest of the box. I intended this to be a gift to group home residents. It's ruined.
