The worst of the worst

Check them out on Google and sort the reviews by "Newest"... tons of terrible experiences lately. Same with mine, they took weeks to ship it, their programming failed, their techs were non-responsive and when they did respond, they couldn't fix the problem. Then they refused to offer a refund unless I paid the shop even more money to uninstall all of the junk wiring and modules and shipped the junk back to them. Over 2 months later, $450 + $400 in installation labor later, and I've got nothing to show for it. They never even apologized or showed the slightest bit of sympathy.

Don't trust their website reviews

If you try to review the product on their website they won't publish it if it's negative. We bought the 2008 Ford Superduty remote start and halfway through the installation the truck died. My super handy mechanically inclined husband was baffled. We had to have it towed. The shop removed the remote start and found that a fuse was blowing even though the remote was not yet fully installed. Once removed it was fine. After the tow bill and shop fee we didn't try again and it was too late to return it.

Terrible

Terrible. My father bought this on 1/2/25 of this year. It didn't work and he tried to return it. My father passed away on 2/20/25 still waiting to get through their queue. This was their terrible email they kept sending.
