I booked a cab with clear instructions that I was at St vinnines 190 main south road at the back of the building behind zap . The first driver called I called him back he kept saying I wasnt there , I said drive down im at the back . I have just foot reconstructed , and I'm in alotofpain and on a walker. , he. Couldn't find it so he hung up on me and cancelled my trip I rang was so sorry new driver is on way , he was almost here then I saw no one no called the St vinnmies ladies were out trying to see him he drove the opposite way . Didn't even try.
So now that's a hour I had to call friend to come get me , when I called and said what is going on with my booking again cancelled. That's s disgusting ok resend another one ? Really bad service no ride still stuck andonly on one foot. Not even a sorry. Never again use 13cabs

Rip off rort

Caught a cab at Flinderst st station, 5:56pm, cab driver drove to Rathdowne St, Carlton, 4.2km away, charge $31. Had I caught an uber from St Kilda East, over 15km away, it would have cost $24. I like to do the right thing and use cabs but never, ever again after this rort.

Absolutely disgraceful service

Absolutely disgraceful service. I’ve booked a disability taxi as I have an injury and can’t drive waited three hours no phone calls no nothing so when I contact the taxi service they say they can’t get a hold of the driver and they’re not sure when you’ll come. Absolute appalling service will never uses Use you again and you wonder why Uber is taking over with your terrible customer service

NOT GOING THROUGH 13CABS AGAIN

Booked a cab to get home late on Tuesday the 18th June. Told the driver the address i wanted to go to he put it in and started the journey. Has we got closer to arrival he locked the doors and started driving the other way to where i had to go. I told him he had to turn down there and he contiuned to go the other way. I asked to be let out and he wouldnt let me out. He pulled over and said pay me $36 and i said im not paying you when you took me on a joy ride away from my location now let me out of here. He still refused so i gave him $30 and he was carrying on about the $6. I arked up at him and said let me out. He kept going back and fourth until finally he unlocked the doors. I quickly got out in a hurry as i was so shaken up and scared that i left my brand new handbag that i had just brought in the Taxis. It was so dark and i was left to walk home on my own. I stopped at the petrol station and there was a lady that could see i was shaken up and offered me a lift home. I took on the offer and i got home but normally i wouldnt take lifts from stranger but i had to get home. If he would of just driven to the right location as required none of this would of happened. I am now trying to get my brand new handbag back but having some issues in doing so. I will not being catching 13CABS taxis again has to this day im still very shaken and in tears.

Until recently great service but last 2…

Until recently great service but last 2 bookings have had booking picked up and then cancelled by 2 or 3 drivers. tonight booking was accepted by 3 different drives and then tracking link showed "car unavailable". Apparently drivers at the airport will accept the job but if they get a ride at the airport they drop your booking for a longer trip. Rang another company and they were here in 5 minutes.

I think I just got scammed by the…

I think I just got scammed by the driver.
He charged me $97!!!!! From the airport that we normally pay $50-70.
Unbelievable!
I’m not sure if that was pick hour, I don’t think so.
The road was not busy.
Even if he took the tolls I don’t think it’s that much.
Didn’t even offer me if I want a receipt.

This company takes bookings and…

This company takes bookings and reservations that they are unable to meet and will leave you stranded. Booked a cab the night before for 5.50am the next morning. No cab arrived, I called 13 CABS again and just got an automated message saying that "we are searching for a driver for this job and are unable to provide you with a wait time". The job was booked 10 hours ago!

Ended up getting an Uber, and the cabbie has the nerve to call me 30 mins later and ask where I was.

Terrible Service from 13CABS

Did not get the service we booked & paid for, we had to order an extra Uber to get our party of 5 with luggage to the destination. I emailed a complaint & was made to feel like I was at fault for ordering the wrong size taxi. Giving one star as their solution was to placate me with a $20 cab voucher. They can stick it.

No driver/licence ID. Hit 3 curbs, no indicator just changed lanes or went round corners. Terrible driver.
Driving up curbs whilst entering things into his personal eftpos machine.

Diabolical.

Use this mob only at your peril.
Read the other reviews. Here’s mine.
Hotel arranged cab pickup. We entered the cab for a 10 minute ride from Circular Quay to Darling Harbour. One hour later we arrived there after a trip out to Randwick, back through a tunnel, over the Sydney Harbour bridge and return.
The driver had no idea of his route or location, could not respond to his GPS and was a dreadful driver as well.
Eventually we arrived at our destination 45 mins after the people we were meeting.
I refused to pay the driver. We left the cab. He drove off almost colliding with a bus.
13cabs ?? Never again.

AVOID 13CABS.

AVOID. Less than one star. Despicable. Pre booked a maxi cab 24hrs in advance. The time came and went with no cab. Phone customer service appalling and unhelpful. Cancelled service 20mins after required pick up time as they could not find a driver. Why bother prebooking?
Now have to wait 7 days for a refund on a service they could not provide.

Ordered a cab over an hour ago to pick…

Ordered a cab over an hour ago to pick up my car from mechanic.....well, they are closed now, and went the cab arrives he can shove it where the sun don't shine.
Will pick it up in the morning with Uber.
Never turned up, no message of cancellation.....Just an Indian driver that decided that the trip was too short.....the b*****d needs to be punished!!!!!

Don’t use this company- unreliable

We pre booked a taxi for 5.15am to get to the airport. At 5.10am we were advised that they were still searching for a driver even though we had booked 24 hours in advance. We had to make other arrangements to get to the airport and almost missed our flights. Terrible service or lack of service actually and we will never use this company again.

Avoid T59494…

If you ever see the cab with the license plate T59494 just avoid. Miserable rude abusive driver who hates his job and makes it everyone else problem. Seen him abuse a service station worker for no reason other than to just abuse them.

Beware of scam ring

The drivers in this company run a scam ring where they upcharge you for your cab ride with random numbers. 7-10 minute trips being $40 dollars or $50. Please don’t go through this company and just book an uber or Didi.

Urine smelling taxi

One star is an over rate on this experience - it should be zero stars! We caught a taxi from Newport train station yesterday to our home (2673M). The driver was barely able to drive - he was very slow and could hardly follow the navigation device he was using. His cab also smelt like urine. It was so bad I had to wind the window down on a very cold Melbourne evening. This man should not be called a professional driver and should be tested for his ability to respond in a timely fashion as his reflexes were terribly slow.
