13cabs worst customer service ever

I spoke to Ravi from the customer rep and he was so rude and denied me to speak with supervisor, not only did they not process my code for me treatment tomorrow, I was an able to escalate this. I have mental issue which I need treatment and they are causing such a distress. I am now unable to get to my appointment tomorrow. Worst kind of people, no care in the world.

Choose Uber instead

Ronak driving cab T57646 decided to cancel my booking from Molendinar without moving from Nerang,claiming No Pickup. I rebooked, and he hit No Pickup again. Was left on the side of the road in scorching sun for half an hour not knowing if he was coming or not. Had to phone a third time and get put thru to driver to get confirmation. The last reason to choose a taxi over Uber was trust in booking and professionalism. You lost that trust, and your professionalism stinks. Uber for me from now on, may Taxis go broke and rust

Taxi was booked for a Drs appointment this morning for my wheelchair bound older brother,,was booked 2 hours in advance of Drs app..taxi arrived an hour late..this is a systemic problem and getting worse for at least 2 years..Location Brisbane West Goodna to Inala Booked around 8AM for 9.30AM pickup,.taxi got there 10.30AM...Drs app was at 10.20am.as a consequnce he missed it completely.have tried Qld TMR minister left voice message for them..have tried 13cabs protocol for complaints in the past and was spoken too like dirt..have tried following protocol many times to no avail..Have tried then parent company A2B in Melb or Syd head office hitting nothing but dead ends n brick walls...Congratulations you're worse than 3rd world taxi service with even less accountability

'No normal cabs'

Tried several times to get a taxi to take my elderly mother and myself to the MCG from Williams Street. I have never used Uber and have regularly supported the Taxi industry. Not anymore!! I was told on the second occasion that there were, 'no normal cabs'

I pre-booked the cab through the 13cabs…

I pre-booked the cab through the 13cabs app which has my business Cabcharge card listed for payment. I received a text message saying my cab was arriving so I headed out to the street to wait. While I was waiting for the cab numbered T59961, driver named Mohamed to arrive I received a receipt in the amount of $16.49 for the trip even though I had not yet been collected and was standing on the street waiting. I contacted 13cabs with my complaint and included the following documents:
- A copy of the receipt that was emailed to me
- My cabcharge statement which showed me being billed at 10.28am and then again at 10.42 which is one hour behind the time on the app so I have included a copy of the booking on the app showing 11.30am.
- A copy of the disputed charge as displayed by Cabcharge which shows the 10.28 time and has a map of where the cab drove – it is in a straight line which is impossible in the city, and across the Brisbane river in 2 places.
- A copy of the booking as shown in the 13Cabs app
- A copy of the text message stating the cab was arriving and also shows my response that it wasn’t there.

I received an email back from 13cabs saying they couldn't help me, I would have to seek recourse through CabCharge. 13cabs won't take responsibility for theft by one of its drivers.

pre-booked and pre-paid, still didn't show up

We had a pre-booked and pre-paid a maxi taxi for our family holiday to QLD (5 people 6 luggage bags) booked for 11am, they did not show up, we called twice and were not told an actual reason of why we still didn't have anything confirmed half hour after the actual pick up time, couldn't be told when they would be able to send one, WAS told that 5 drivers took the job then cancelled it... but thanks to a lovely Uber driver that was close by, we made it to the airport, even though we almost missed our flight with only minutes to spare thanks to the stuff around from 13cabs. Will not be using a 13cabs again, would not recommend.
13cabs - Do not offer services that you cannot/will not provide even after demanding payment first.

I booked a wheelchair taxi yesterday…

I booked a wheelchair taxi yesterday evening to go to the Hospital this morning thinking there would be no problem with it being booked in with plenty of time to spare. Well no taxi turned up the app was just saying looking for a driver past the time we needed to leave. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF IT IS SOMETHING IMPORTANT YOU HAVE TO GET TOO. Disgusting service.

Would give zero stars!

Would give zero stars!! Used them on a Sat night a week ago. Trip was 10km and was charged $90!! Normally a $40-$45 fare! Queried this with driver and was just told "That is what it cost". Driver rude and refused to provide receipts when asked. Will never use again and have put in a formal complaint about charge.

Dangerous Driver at Runaway Bay Shopping Centre. I’ve tried to phone to complain but nobody cares. We are pensioners and was going over the pedestrian crossing halfway this driver came from the wrong direction and nearly hit my wife and i,as he was only going round the wrong way to pick someone up I shouted at him we was on the crossing and you nearly hit us, he just carried on loading something into his boot. The Registration Number was T58 941 guy with grey hair your an idiot and very dangerous person 😡

Had bad experience with 13cabs

Had bad experience with 13cabs, it wasn’t 1 or 2 times driver did not show up and money got deducted with no job. After complaint with 13cabs, customer service told to contact bank which was weird, total of around $98 for 5 trips were deducted from my account and no refund made by 13cabs. I would suggest to get another taxi service like DiDi which is cheaper and 50% fare compared to 13 cabs. I will never ever choose 13cabs

So bad

So bad! I booked a maxi taxi and the time came and went and then it popped up on the app that the order had been cancelled and did we still want a taxi. No option to ring and talk to actual person. Meanwhile booked an Uber and it came in like 5 minutes!

Never again.

Never again.
Took 10 minutes to get to an ACTUAL human on the phone to make a booking. Got a ride in a maxi taxi a total of 12 kilometres and was charged $50.00 for the experience.
That's a RIP OFF in anyone's language.

Most unreliable service ever used

Only giving 1 star to enable me to write a review. Book a cab for 7:45 am the evening prior for two employees. Called at 7:27 to see if we could make it a bit earlier as they were ready to go. Advised that we couldn’t as it was linked to payment. Cab never came. Nearly missed chartered plane. When I called back to make sure I didn’t get charged , was advised that the booking never got picked up by a driver ! Booking number 208832213 for verification. Disgusted , first time I used this service and will never use again.

Terrible service

Terrible service. No service at all really. I rang on Friday and booked a cab for Monday, 9:30 for an 11am appointment in malvern. I live in country Victoria so I allowed extra time. On Monday still no cab by 10am. When I rang 13cabs the man who answered the phone continued to converse with someone else in his office before actually remembering he was on the phone to a customer (me) then said they were trying to locate a taxi. I thought if I had made a booking, they should commit to that booking. Needless to say, ended up having to take our own car and be 30 minutes late for my appointment. Terrible, woeful and lazy.

Terrible customer service, rude driver

I wish I could give 0 stars. I payed for the taxi when I booked it online, and then when I got out of the taxi, the driver refused to let me leave without paying again on the terminal in the taxi. I tried to explain that I already payed online then he almost yelled 'no you pay now'. A trip that should have been $30 costs me $60. I made a customer service request and ... never heard anything back. Terrible customer service, rude drivers, and overall a horrible experience.
