Please dont use 14 cars as they aren't contactable

I booked a 6 seater then 3 days before I left the company that took the money Carnect, rang to say there was only 5 seaters available. As this wasn't acceptable for a party of 6 they said they would fnd me another 6 seater from a rental company. Despite calls to 14 cars & Carnect, no response whatsoever. The emergency contact numbers didn't work & even ringing their contact us (its in the USA) they couldn't find our booking & I couldn't cancel as it was then in the final 48 hours. Suffice to say we arrived at Palma airport to find we had a 5 seat compact rather than the 6 seat SUV. No contact from them of Carnect despite emails> Don't use them!

SCAM

SCAM! They charged the money from the credit card, but when I came to pick up the car, they told me that my order was not there. Nobody returned the money, I wrote to them by mail and they answered that the money can be returned only 1 day before the start of the car rental. This is a lie!
