Absolutely disgraceful experience from start to finish.
During the dismantling of the scaffolding, damage was caused to my roof and nobody had the decency to report it to me. I only discovered what had happened because my CCTV cameras had recorded the incident. The footage captured members of the crew discussing the damage and even laughing about it, apparently unaware that they were being recorded.
They also left rubbish behind, damaged items in the garden while placing and removing the scaffold supports, and showed a complete lack of respect for someone else's property.
They even started resting parts of the scaffolding against my neighbour's fence, despite being specifically asked not to do so. When I raised it with them, they simply laughed and told me not to worry because it would hold.
This did not feel like dealing with a professional company in any sense. The attitude, behaviour and complete absence of accountability were genuinely shocking.
The only reason I have not pursued a formal claim for the damage is that, after seeing the way these people behaved and conducted themselves, I genuinely do not feel comfortable having any further dealings with them or bringing them back anywhere near my property.
I would never allow this company onto my property again and certainly could not recommend them to anyone.
