A friend recommended 1800battery when I told him I needed a new battery installed in my garage kept mustang and that I couldnt figure how to take off the battery harness. I called and they were extremely helpful on the phone and scheduled for the next day. The guy showed up on time and was super friendly and showed me how to remove the battery and install a new one. He did this in less than 10 minutes! I am so impressed overall and would recommend 1800Battery to anyone having issues with their battery.

I had some stripped bolts on my car seat (battery located underneath) and the technician as still able to get in and swap the battery without damaging the car.

My car has a pretty complicated battery situation, and the tech was able to take it apart, replace the battery and return all of the parts back in the appropriate places. Very professional and quick service.

They sale as an today service, after charge you they call to schedule to next day. Not a professional company. After cancelation they hold your payment for several days.

My battery died and my car was stuck in the driveway. I made an ASAP appointment, but I missed the 4 pm deadline for same-day. But they reached out to me promptly to let me know that they will schedule a technician for the next morning. The technician was at my house by 11:30 am, and he replaced the battery in under 30 min. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and even entered the radio code for me. It was like nothing ever happened! I was so grateful for his help. The car is running great. I highly recommend these guys for sure!

I called 1-800 battery and was very surprised at how quickly I got a service man to come out and help me. Unfortunately, trying to replace the battery in my mini Cooper turned out to be too difficult for him and the car!

When I called after to let the company know that I shouldn’t get charged for the battery, again, I appreciated how quickly they took care of my bill.

The only upsetting thing was when I got charged $129 for the service call, after Joe had told me a service call would be $99.

I would appreciate a $30 credit.

I needed a replacement engine battery for my 2008 Winnebago View. This is a Mercedes battery. I took a picture of the battery, made the call. They came out the same day within 2 hours and replaced the battery!! That is what I call Great Service!!

They said they will deliver between 8 and 10..I chatted several time and they said 5 min away after they called and said they need 1 hour...Horrible service

Called for battery were out the same day and replaced, everything went smoothly. The technician was very cordial and replaced quickly. Definitely use the company again.

I paid for a battery… the website says the charge is for with installation. I had to pay an additional $89 for installation and I did so. The tech broke my battery terminal and left. They want to charge me a $90 service fee for breaking the terminal.

I'm a busy guy. Came out in the morning at 7:30 am, my Land Rover's battery had died. Called this 800battery.com. on a whim.
They said someone would be there within 90 minutes. So I was prepared to wait around half the day.
But, the driver was there, with the correct battery, installed it and I was on my way by 9 am! It was a pleasure ! Highly recommend !

I had problems with the battery and worried that they would not come back out under their warranty promises. Reality was just the opposite. They came out and put in a new battery and tested my electrical system with no charge. They’re not only as good as using The Chevrolet dealer for my 2019 Corvette but they are better. I strongly endorse them.

The design of contemporary cars today is not conducive for the lay person to perform the replacement themselves. In my case several items beneath the hood had to be removed in order to gain access to the battery. In addition, a battery tender had to provide power to the car's computer system to insure that all systems maintained their settings. The service this company provides is there perfect solution. First you go to the website and identify the make and model of the vehicle. This ensures that the technician has the knowledge on how to execute the service. {I also own a Mini Cooper, and you have to dismantle a ton of stuff to remove the battery} In my case, my technician had no problem with the Lincoln, but admitted that he could not do a Mini. It still took him well over an hour to make the swap out.

I took a chance hiring 1800 Battery, not knowing who they were. The reviews online were fairly positive so I decided to give it a try. My tech arrived on time and was done within 30 minutes. I was very impressed and grateful for his work and the convenience of coming to my home. Would I recommend 1800 Battery? Absolutely yes. Thank you, well done.

This was the first time 800battery.com. The whole experience was seamless, professional, and worked out great. My technician arrived in the time window they were supposed to, explained everything and did his work quickly. Also very friendly and professional. I would recommend this highly to anyone.

1st time had a window of 8-10am called at 130pm
2nd time installer called and said he couldn't find car, the installer was sent to BILLING address twice.
canceled order and installed myself.
