I got a call at 850 at night, almost ready for bed and the lady was giving me attitude because I was unsure of exactly what kind of car I was looking for. I didn’t appreciate her tone and definitely didn’t expect the way she responded when I told her I was literally just looking (5 minutes before) and am not sure if I wanted to go sedan or suv! I even told her it was late and she still continued to try and “help” with finding a car. Get better people.
