I was very skeptical at first

I was very skeptical at first, but they offered excellent information. They just provided me with good information regarding rebates and cleared up questions I had regarding features that are available on different vehicles.

Priceless

The gentleman who called took time to answer my questions and is sending me more information. I feel like a more informed customer now, in a market that feels like the dealers are just out for bloodshed. Priceless service.

On hold for over an hour. Then, not what I expected.

REVISED: I'm still not happy that I got dozens and dozens of emails, texts and calls from dealers as a result of saying which cars I was considering... and having the service add 2 cars I was not considering. But I was able to eventually get them to stop. And when I decided on which car I wanted to buy, I did go back to the dealer the service had contact me. They had the best price and the nicest salesman of the several I visited (Even though the salesman told me that price was "good for 24 hours". I still got the same price 3 weeks later.) I bought my car there. I don't think I'd have gone to that dealership or luckily found that salesman if I hadn't been referred to him by this service. The other dealers continued to contact me, but when I was able to just tell them I was no longer in the market for a car, and I bought it at a dealer other than theirs, they stopped calling.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: When I phoned, it was a nightmare trying to get through to a human. I tried 4 times before I got someone. The first 2 times I was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up. Later in the day, the 3rd try I gave up faster. I gave it one more chance and finally got connected in a few minutes. Then, the service wasn't at all what I expected. The website says they could give me shopping support as I decide which car is best for me. Instead, when I told the person on the phone what cars I was considering, he added a couple more to that list and gave my contact info to the dealerships. I didn't realize it was mostly a referral service. The call lasted not much more than 5 minutes. After so many times trying to connect and having been on hold for a total of well over an hour, I definitely expected to be able to speak with the guy for more than a few minutes. But then, within seconds of my hanging up the phone, I got emails and calls from 5 salespeople, a car insurance company and a loan company. Those calls and emails have continued. I get them every couple hours. One dealership has contacted me 5 times. It has soured my car shopping experience and I've now resigned to putting off my car search for another few weeks.
