My inquiries were never answered in the way that a client would expect. Everything was jumbled up all the time, and I never got a straight response when I asked further questions. At first, the customer service appeared too excellent, but as the money was received, everything went downhill. Perfectly good service. I called, the set up my company and shipped it to us in good time. Then they gave us good service afterwards.

Used them more than once. I think they have a good operation. They were prompt in replying to my questions. When I paid them they got the documents to me right away and then shipped the company to me by FedEx. Actually was one of the most efficient services I have used in about any field. Pretty sure I would use them again if the need arose because my impression was favorable the first time I used them.

I set up a corporation in Wyoming and an LLC in Nevis (offshore) plus a bank account and asset protection trust. The process was smooth. Only one time did I call and someone wasn't able to answer my question right away. They called back later in the day after they did a bit of research (though question, though). Wanted to protect assets from a nasty lawsuit I was in. What they did worked. My attorney wasn't happy because once I set everything up the other side gave up on the lawsuit. But I was sure happy because I got out of the lawsuit scott free.
