This place is a complete scam and we are a County Bar Association. They refer a ton of people to us advising them that we WILL provide them with an attorney for FREE! We do not do that and I have called them multiple times and get no where. If you want to truly complain about them please call the California State Bar Association because surely some attorney is part of this shady scam business!

It is currently 3:57 am and I just got w phone calls from this company the first call I answered and informed them of the time and hung up they immediately called back and did not care that they woke me up and insisted on talking to me I am highly upset I have never even reached out to this company before so out of line and disrespectful

I wish I had seen these reviews first instead of the phony 5-star propaganda online regarding the law firm we were referred to! I would rate them negative stars if that was an option.
We were referred to a law firm where NO one speaks English as their first language! The initial contact person had a slight Spanish accent but spoke clearly & convincingly enough that I thought it was OK to sign with them.
Since then, the paralegal assigned to our case has such a thick Spanish accent that he is almost unintelligible over the phone. I asked for him to be replaced with someone I can understand & was told that we could communicate via text! Really?
They acted like my inability to understand him was a gross inconvenience for THEM! I was treated like a freak and humiliated because I could not understand this person.
I am being pushed around to get all kinds of medical treatment with NO explanation why. The draw is that you pay nothing if there is no money collected, however, at the clinic I was presented with a disclaimer to sign making me ultimately responsible for payment! That contradicts the employment contract that clearly states the terms of “no payment if there is no money collected”.
1 800 the law 2 keeps sending text messages & asking for feedback regarding my experience with the referral firm. I called them to complain and the person answering had a THICK accent! She was obviously following a script with the usual meaningless “we apologize” blah blah blah… in other words, they could care less, they just want their fee for referring us to Angel Reyes & Associates.
It’s bad enough to be traumatized in an accident, but these people have only made a bad situation worse. No one should be treated/mistreated like this. Skip these people and save yourself from a nightmare.

Please do not bite. This is a total scam and they are phishing to find more information about your situation. Not from the USA.

Did not sign up or request a consultation but they've been blowing up my phone since 8 am. I will never support this type of robo calling company

Were providing an attorney supposedly which immediately denied to follow up. I think they are scammers getting personal information.

The team member helped me find an experienced attorney! They listened to my issue and made helpful suggestions! They attended me with care, attention and respect! They are very knowledgeable and are true professionals!

Well I’ve just Met this Lawyer Company by Googling it and as soon as I told them what happen the puzzle is getting together piece by piece and I really appreciate the opportunity of helping me as well…

Easy to understand

So far your services and response time is prompt and spot on ! My neck and middle of back are still sore ! I’m going to a doctor on Wednesday if I can get an appointment! I’m also stuck at home cause my car was damaged and have no transportation . That car was supposed to be my retirement car too !!! And I can’t get the police report until Tuesday hopefully it will be ready by then!

Very beginning of contacting the business the entire service was excellent. The representative was very professional and helpful.

We talked to a young lady by the name of Narda who arranged to sit down and discuss our case with a gentleman named Armando the next day. It all went well and very informative about our situation and to help come to a decision during this time. The young lady stay in contact with us through the process of our meet and responded back to my calls. A pleasure to have the assistance she provided and and just a delightful young lady.
