I've used 18185 for well over 5 years now. I think the quality of their calls has improved over the last few years and I'd now rate them as excellent. I call from my home phone or my mobile and find the experience pretty straightforward. And the savings are immense! 2p per minute for calls to Australian landlines. 8p per minute for calls to Australian mobiles.
Never had any inaccurate bills. Always been happy to obtain good value for little money.

It was very good years ago
It was very good years ago, fell away rather in recent years. Just tried it today, two fails and one success to Spain, but website price of 8 p per minute was contradicted by verbal connection price of 11 p per minute. Tried a UK mobile, connected first time but website quote of 6 p per minute was contradicted by connection price of 10 p per minute. Not sure what has gone wrong with this previously very good system Will give it another chance another day.

Impossible to get in touch
I had decided to join 18185 but for the last week I have been trying to complete their application form and there's a fault as half way through the screen changes and it is impossible to complete the form. On one blog no one had been able to find a telephone number for them and others who have joined have not been able to get any response from emails, so I am playing safe and will not use them.
