Stay away from this scam site. They will not let you withdraw your money and will suspend your account for no reason.

They cancelled my (winning) bet without any notification. Not a happy surprise when you log in to your account to withdraw your winnings... They did not present me any evidence that my bet was cancelled before the event started. I lost my confidence on that booker and advice you to stay away.

I have been waiting for a withdrawal for over 5 days, while my account is fully verified. They claim that they process manually all the withdrawals and that’s the reason of the delay.

During this time, they offer you available the option to cancel your withdrawal, aiming that customers will do it and lose the balance.

Not recommended at all, not serious company.

Never put money here, i won 700$ and they limit my account and decided to do withdraw and its been 9 days and im still waiting for my money. Live lives of 70 cents its ridiculous

Tried withdrawing and ask for lots of details like bank statement, card details. Basically they made it impossible to withdraw even you provide all the information they need.

Avoid at all cost unless you intend to use it as a practise account where you deposit a small amount of money and can keep track of your bets and play some jackpot games and live casino games.

Remember it is impossible to withdraw you been warned.

After 3 months of waiting, finally got an email informing me my withdrawal was successful. Upgrade my review from 1 star to 3 star.

My withdrawal is pending for 10 days ago, Still I have not received my pending withdrawal, Username: bethivarun108 and email id: (varunbethi1gmail.com) can you please solve my withdrawal problem immediately...

After depositing over €1700 at 18Bet and playing for over 2 months, I tried to withdraw the little over €1500 I had left in my account. However, after several days of waiting, they now rejected my withdrawal and suddenly removed €1300 from my account with the claim that I breached the "bonus manipulation" rules of an €80 bonus I received (despite me losing money while wagering the bonus and the bonus being nowhere near the €1300 they removed) over a month ago, which was wagered (at a massive loss) several weeks ago.

Their claim is that I dropped my "average bet size" by more than 75% , because I played one bet at €724 and then one at €40, which is not true since my average bet size at the time was <€80, so it was not even a 50% drop. On top of that, they claim that I placed 1 (lost) bet for €40 on the NHL with a soccer bonus (I am not sure how that is even possible).

However, that is not even the real issue. They further claim that my "balance has been restored to the balance that you had before claiming the bonus", which is simply not true, since my balance before claiming the bonus was €1382. Moreover, I had net losses of several hundred euros during the period where the €80 bonus was wagered, which is obviously very far from the €1300 in winnings that they suggest.

Overall, 18Bet just removed €1300 from my account with the claim that I "manipulated" an €80 bonus, despite the fact that I lost several hundred euros while wagering that bonus. I have no clue how they reached the €1300 amount or how that is supposed to make sense in any way whatsoever.

P.S. 18Bet did not raise any issues at all while the bonus was being wagered or in the weeks after the bonus had been wagered. It was not until I tried to withdraw my money from the account that they suddenly claimed that I "manipulated" their bonus when, in fact, I lost an amount much larger than the bonus while the bonus was being wagered.

I was deposited 2000 EUR. Tried to place bet on NBA market, in the bet slip odd was 1.91 and allowed limit was around 3700 EUR. I tried to bet 2000 EUR and it was declined, odd lowered to 1.89, I tried again to put less, 1000 EUR. And it was accepted. Then after 2 hours they just cancel my bet and told that they made it because they cancel the bonus given on 1st deposit. I didnt used bonus money and it looks just like a cheating. I hope they will be pay back my deposit, because I wouldn't like to start from cheating and abusing me as player. I will file a complaint to Maltese regulatory. I dont recommendt this site.

Don't trust 18bet.com a penny thief. I was register on 18bet.com on Jan 3, 2020 with user id limbong1984.
At the beginning I was active and look like normal.
Due to some reasons I was not active for such period time. At the time I remember that I still have about $260 in my balance. On Sept 19, 2023, I want to login to my account but I cannot.
I go in through live chat and the support advice me to send email. Soon, I send email at Sept 19, 2023 but no response until Sept 26, 2023.
I go in through live chat and asking why no response to my email. She just response to me that my account doesn't exist any more without explanation why as well as they didn't send alert email to me before they remove my account and steal my penny.
What a shame.....what a scammer.......

How on earth did 18bet managed to get highly reputable Malta license with these their dubious attitude it's been 7good days now I placed a withdrawal on my account even though I was already verified they still requested for an additional verification of which I did same day ever since then they have refused to reply to any of my mail And on live chat they will always tell me that my withdrawal is with their relevant team how on earth Will a withdrawal request Reviewing take up to 6days and still not completed ?? It's now clear to me that 18bet uses this strategy to refuse paying out to their customers..scam bookie

They make verification and withdrawal way too complicated. They wanna purposefully make it as hard as possible to get money out of their site. They are gonna ask for all kinds of documents and reject them for no reason. Terrible site...

I keep getting the same error when trying to place a bet. The customer support says that it's because of changed odds and removed markets.

However I get the same error after placing 3-5 bets on the same match. They clearly try to limit me but don't want to admit it.

I really tried to show the customer support the screen shots etc. but he kept talking about changing odds. Even though I tried to make a bet doing halftime when the odds are as steady as they can be.

Not sure if I would recommend anybody to get stuck in a live betting situation where you are unable to be any more.

On the 9th of June my withdrawal was approved, however, until the present date it has not been credited to my account.

Be careful with them. I lost a few deposits with them And yesterday I won my first one. I deposited 50€ and won 137.50€. I tried to withdrawal And now they are saying I must rolllover 5 times all the deposits I did even the ones I lost! It’s crazy isn’t it? So They are asking to rollover 1253€ just because I won one time after 5 or 6 deposits!!! Be aware that even if the promotion says There’s no rollover associated with it And can be withdrawn immediately they will ask you to rollover 5 times THE VALUE OF ALL THE DEPOSITS YOU DID! That’s crazy isnt it?

Dear Team, That's nothing to do with the promotions...your terms and conditions says that every deposit must be rolled over 5x even for losted deposits so it makes almost impossible to withdrawal some money you can win. After some forth and back support told me I can withdrawal but with a 8% fee which is better than rollover. That's all I have to say. Rate Experience updated from 1 to 2.

I have been asked to provide source of funds. I sent in documents and they were approved. However, afterwards they asked me to provide source of wealth, which is exacly the same thing. I will update this when I have recieved an answear, changing it to 5/5 if being approved, else i’m out of here… Those documents I sent has been approved by all other bookies.

So far 18Bet has been awsome so I hope this one will not chang everything.

Edit: So I have been sent email after email, open livechat dozen of times but they won’t simply give a f***ck so I have emailed asking to get my account closed. I no longer wish to be a customer here. I have proved my Source of Funds thinkin that would be enouge and I don’t want to comply Source of wealth now when I think about it since other players stating it’s a nightmare to complete.

Edit: My account were verified. I will come back and edit it if my future withdraw will be approved.

I lost my first two deposits, but on my last deposit of 60 euros I won 700. I sent the necessary files for verification by email, which were approved 3 days ago. However, I cannot make a withdrawal, because pressing the withdrawal button brings up an account verification window. I will update how this goes. For now, only two stars.

Update March 12th: they fixed the problem on March 10, after which I made a withdrawal request. I sent one more identification photo and the next day I received my money. I don't know, I feel that the bigger win was getting the money into my bank account. Hopefully the company will improve from this, but my own gambling is done.
