The company gives the option to pay by PayPal and then the company still asks for your credit card details for insurance. The company should just take away the PayPal option.

Do not use this golf club rental
Do not use this golf club rental, I had money taken out of my account without my approval. €150 was taken out of my account for a new driver shaft even thought the club was heavily used. I only used the club for 5 holes on our trip and the head came off, I was told I would receive a full description of the damage and invoice for me to pay but was automatically charged. Do not use this company!

Thanks for your review – we're sorry you're not happy with how things went.
We checked the TaylorMade Qi10 driver you rented, and it came back with a snapped shaft, lots of scratches on the top. You said your friend is a good golfer (6 handicap), but these marks look like they came from bad swings, like hitting the ground – not what we'd expect from a skilled player.
We fixed it by charging 150€ for a new shaft, which is way less than the usual price of a stock Fujikura Ventus TR Blue shaft with adapter.
We're doing this at a discount to help out, including the work to install it.

The service was easy to book and they showed up on time and at the right location. The clubs were not nice. They were Sim max which is a nice set of clubs but these have been put through it.

5 star service. Ordered Gents and Ladies QI10 clubs, both were pristine in very light bags. Great communication, dropped off and picked up at time and place arranged. Can't fault the service, would definitely use again.
