We understand that shipping can be more complex, as it is a product sent from France to the United States.
For your information, the actual cost of delivery is €67, of which only €49 was charged to you when you placed your order.
Regarding the processing of it: your initial order was placed on Friday, March 20. Following your change request, it was made on Tuesday, March 24 and your package was shipped the next day.
However, we would like to point out that delivery times then depend on the carriers as well as the administrative formalities related to export procedures to the United States, over which we unfortunately have no direct control.
In addition, for several months, shipments to the United States have become more complex due to additional controls and formalities that can lead to delays.
We remain of course at your disposal and hope that your package will reach you as soon as possible.

Product quality is GOOD. Badge is well-made and well-finished. But why not include fixings with the badge? At 30 Euros there should be some fixings included (screws, brackets etc)

The fixings are not included because mounting systems can vary depending on the grille and vehicle. We therefore prefer to leave it up to you to choose the most suitable fixing for each installation.
The shipping costs are due to delivery to the United Kingdom, where transport costs are unfortunately higher.
