I attended a Quantitative Face Fit Testing – Train the Trainercourse, led by Nathan Wilkinson Jones of 1974 Rapport.
A brilliant session packed with insight, technical depth, and practical application. I’ve learned a great deal.

I recently attended the Qualitative Face Fit Testing “Train the Tester” course with 1974 Rapport, delivered by Nathan Wilkinson-Jones, and I was very impressed with the overall quality of the training.
The course was extremely well put together and presented in a clear, structured and engaging way. Nathan was knowledgeable, approachable and created excellent rapport with the group, which made the sessions both informative and highly interactive. The pace was spot on, allowing time to fully understand the theory while gaining plenty of hands-on practical experience.
The course content was comprehensive, covering RPE selection, fit test theory and limitations, practical testing methods, and relevant HSE guidance and legislation. It has given me real confidence and competence to manage qualitative face fit testing in-house.

Used for several Years now and always helps out to make testing days more efficient for our company .

We recently used 1974 Rapport on two separate occasions to complete face-fit certificates for BA and dust masks, and we were thoroughly impressed. In the lead-up, they were highly flexible, accommodating several changes without fuss. Large Shipbuilding company in Merseyside- completed 2-days of face fit testing.

We have used 1974rapport on multiple occasions now for quantitative face fit testing (and for train the tester courses).

Each time is nice and smooth with high pass rate. Nathan is strict but fair when it comes to carrying out the test (i.e. facial hair) and has no qualms with refusing a test, which is exactly what you want to ensure the mask is suitable for the individual. Good level of information is provided to each person about the donning/doffing process, the maintenance of the mask and any specific key features.

We have a further 2-days booked in June.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for face fit/ train the tester courses.
