My facilitator Sama Karamat was really a gem: her style of teaching and ensuring learners are grabbing illustrations to achieve successful outcomes durring practicaI was really amazing . Indeed I won't forget this experience that has led to my active development and impact in this filed of career that I have chosen.

After completing the Door Supervisor Training with 1Ace Training, I can confidently say the experience was exceptional. What truly stood out was the tutor, Sana Karamat, whose engaging and professional approach made the entire course worthwhile. From the practical sessions to the theoretical lessons, Sana’s teaching style made everything clear and enjoyable. This training centre offers an experience that leaves you wanting to learn even more. Absolutely loved it!

I recently completed my Door Supervisor course with 1AceTraining and I’m really glad I chose them. The training was both enjoyable and very informative — I had fun while learning a lot. The instructor explained everything clearly and made sure we understood all the important parts of the job.

I now feel confident and well-prepared to for my SIA license. I’d definitely recommend 1AceTraining to anyone looking to get into the security industry.

It was a worthwhile experience, as the trainer has demonstrated topnotch expertise and has adopted reasonable method for teaching and practicals.

What made the experience great, most for me is the new experience l have gotten from the training and lecture from sana karamat and Reham. Knowing fully well how to defence and care for other people. However learning new things about the Act videos of how terrorist are operating, also the guards about fire.

I paid this company £50 on 26 June as a deposit for a taxi course which they advertised as a one-day training leading to qualification. Instead of providing the course themselves, they passed my personal details, to another company without my consent.

When I questioned this, they admitted they were only acting as a course booker and not the actual training provider, which was never made clear to me at the start. I was very unhappy with this, as it felt misleading and untrustworthy.

I requested a refund on 1 July, but since then they have ignored my emails and have not returned my money. It has now been weeks with no response or refund.

This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. They failed to deliver what they promised, shared my details without consent, and have not honoured my refund request.

Thank you for your response. However, I stand by my experience.
1. At the time of booking, I was not informed that you are only a booking agent and that my personal details would be passed to another provider. This was only revealed after I had paid, which I consider misleading.
2. I was told the course was a one-day training leading to qualification, and only later discovered that there were additional requirements, delays, and costs which were not made clear upfront.
3. I requested a refund on 1 July, provided my bank details as instructed, and as of today (weeks later) I have not received it. My emails have gone unanswered.
4. I am not trying to “pressure” a refund outside of policy — I am simply asking for the return of money paid for a service that was not delivered as promised.

I believe potential students should be fully aware of my experience before booking.

I recently completed the door supervisor course at1Ace training Center and can confidently say it was one of the best training experiences I've had. The instructors was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and created a supportive learning environment. The course materials were well-structured, and the hands-on exercises really solidified my understanding. I'm already applying what I learned in my work and would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to develop their skills in the same field.
Tulips was very supportive

Ms Sana was very friendly intuitive and interactive, explained all the knowledge well and gave real life examples to help us understand the information. She never left is in the dark in regards to the practicals, and gave us explanations as much as we needed till we fully understood. The other staff on the premises were also friendly, and class rooms were kept clean and tidy. If you're looking to get into security and need the training definetly recommend. 5 stars for sure

It was the perfect experience at 1 Ace the teaching methods were extraordinary and i really enjoyed the overall training time at the institute especially our instructor was exemplary and she was very calm and brilliantly taught us everything and helped us preparing for everything at the i would love to say that it was a tremendous experience.
