They refuse to give me withdrawal asking for documents that don't exist in EU!! Decision is final..
After my first attempt to withdraw I sent all the necessary documents but they insist I send them a bank statement with a card number written on it.. I have account in 3 EU banks, bank of Ireland, Denmark and Croatia and none of the banks provide a bank statement with bank card number written on it.. They stopped my verification process as a result and keep responding with generic emails.. My bank told me they can't provide me with the documents 1bet is asking.. It's a scam company..

Don't risk a single unit of your currency here ever!
Especially don't take a deposit bonus! If you take it they will automatically hold your entire bankroll hostage until you complete the rollover requirements and if you don't complete it in time they will seize your winnings and éven the remaining bankroll
In a halfway decent bookie if you don't complete the rollover you could still withdraw the money that is actually yours!
Also you don't have to bet on actually +EV bets for them to just reject your bet and ridiculously cut down the odds where it's crazy -EV
Only one star because it cannot be lower and I'm very rarely commenting especially negatively.

I have used plenty of different betting sites. 1Bets interface looks is slick and is honestly enjoyable to use.
But that doesn't matter :
As other people have mentioned on here, you cannot close your account, there are zero responsible gambling tools available and the withdrawal times are ridiculous. They can't give you an indication of when you might even receive your withdrawal. It's all just, not my department etc etc.
I am waiting on a withdrawal now for 36 hours, I can guarantee you all, they won't approve it.
I'm genuinely baffled they can continue to legally be in use. IT IS THAT BAD. Anyone considering using this site, PLEASE, STAY AWAY.

I HAD confidence in 1Bet…
I had confidence in 1Bet when I joined them but I lost all confidence when I decided to withdraw some money. Everything was smooth up until then. The support isn't able to give me answers about my pending withdrawal requests, they just tell me that it's a different department that handles withdrawals. I waited two days without any update on my transaction and eventually canceled it because it was too long. Crypto is supposed to be quick and easy and not supposed to be this long. I'm trying another withdrawal attempt and this transaction will hopefully be quicker than the others. I'll definitely change my rating if this transaction goes quicker than expected.

Up until now I've had no form of communication from 1Bet. I'll update when anything changes.

But what is really important:
We have been investigating Bellona NV for almost two years, and it turns out they have Israeli owners. Through a complex network of companies and contracts, they manage numerous casinos, because Delasport Ltd, which is behind all of this, wouldn’t be allowed to operate a casino directly.
They violate every applicable GDPR law. Officially, the data is handled by Global Tech Market Ltd, registered in Bulgaria, which they try very hard to keep secret because it’s an EU member country, so they could be held accountable.
When they sense trouble, they drop the front companies. For example, Shark 77, one of their associated companies, was transferred to a Cypriot gypsy.
They don’t comply with laws regarding gambling addiction. If you tried to close your account but they didn’t allow it, and you have a screenshot or written evidence, please contact us—we will provide a lawyer.
