I purchased the Nezur Key Bypass (Lifetime License) on 10/24/2024. It worked well initially, and I was satisfied with the product at the time.

However, when I tried to return on 7/30/2025 to use the license I paid for, I was informed that I would need to buy it again, despite it being marketed as a lifetime license. The reasoning was a change in ownership, but that doesn’t excuse breaking the original agreement with paying customers.

To make things worse, the support team took nearly a day and a half to respond, which added to the frustration. A product can be great, but if support is slow and lifetime access isn’t truly honored, then the trust is gone.

I’m giving 2 stars because the tool itself was good—when it worked. But the lack of support, poor communication, and misleading “lifetime” terms really bring the experience down.

I got 17 trojan horses sent through my pc 15 of them got caught but 2 hacked through my windows security and through my firewalls and logged me out every single account like ubisoft steam ect.....
they steal all your info changed your passwords and emails so it takes hours and hours to try and get back my stuff

i bought a key and it didnt work the software was fake and the key wouldnt work i requested for a refund for the fake item i never used and they didnt give a refund
