I recently had an experience with One Dollars Montana, and I was genuinely impressed.

Talked and emailed this business multiple times before using their LLC set up. After paying there was no way to get my RV insured since I did not live in Montana therefore it would not be garages there. I’m guessing 3-4 weeks after contacting them several times and finally contacting the BBB to not charge me to update the LLC I finally receive an email. They said we don’t guarantee you can insure your RV after getting the LLC. I would HIGHLY advise against using their service if you DO NOT live in Montana. Of course they not refund any money paid for their service. To sum it up, don’t waste your time with this (out for your money) business. They are not for the customer, only to fill their pockets.

Everything went smoothly from the start. The communication is great, they were very friendly and respectful and helped me through the entire process. I did pay the extra to expedite the process so from start to finish it only took about 2 weeks to get my plates, otherwise it would be around 3-4 weeks total. Cost me $1349 all said and done for a permanent plate saving me literally thousands every year for registration costs on a 27 year old motor home.

I registered on their site for $1 after I found out that they charge almost $1,000 to register a vehicle so I don't see how there's any savings I requested a refund for that dollar because I was not going to be using this services and what I ended up getting was not only that dollar charge continuing on my card but a $299 charge which is I'm in the process of disputing it with my bank do not recommend this service for anybody and I don't see how it is saving anybody money when they charge $800 and some dollars for a fee other than New York and to register a commercial vehicle of 10,000 lb it's around $300 so you're not saving any money register your vehicle in your own state $299 charge is now leaving me to the point where I can't even register it in my own State because now I do not have the money highly misleading and in my book fraudulent

Absolutely rediculous have emails from them saying one price and wanting to charge me another even after point out the issue they went back and “updated “the email to say I still have to pay the extra fee

The initial contact and setting up my LLC was straight forward, quick, and easy. The team answered any questions I had over text quickly. I faced a bit of a delay with the final registration process and getting my plates but in the end, they made it right and resolved the issue. I would use them again in the future.

Nobody answers the phone ever and emails are rarely responded to. Seems like they get the job done but very frustrating to figure out paper work required when nobody answers the phone. There is $49 Registered agent I would probably consider trying and see if they answer their phones or emails.

Excellent service with rapid results. From registering my car to creating my Montana LLC, it was an efficient process and done professionally. The staff was quick in responding and they provided me a secure portal to monitor the registration status in real-time. The was no upselling and I liked it that the pricing was transparent. Quick turnaround, with my plates delivered in a few days, faster than I anticipated. An ideal company to use due to efficiency and dependability.

I want to share my personal experience and current feelings about my interaction with this company. I initially had concerns, but I feel it's important to note that the company is currently working with me to address these concerns.

In my experience, while they did eventually send me my documents after I repeatedly requested them, I felt uncomfortable with certain aspects of the process - such as receiving an invoice before being shown registration screenshots. I plan to update this review once my experience with the company is complete. My perception has shifted from initial serious concerns to feeling that there may have been some mishandling of the process.

Regarding my original experience: In my interactions, I felt confused when I noticed that I communicated with different representatives each time. When I called, I personally experienced difficulty getting consistent answers to my questions. Based on my understanding of their marketing, I expected to interact with what was advertised as a 'small family business,' but this wasn't my experience. The email signatures of the agents I was interacting with in email only confused this process as their signature very clearly stated and still states today :"Feel free to reach out to me directly for clarifications at (406) 430-1938 between 9-5 (MST) Mondays - Fridays." however when calling you do not receive the agent directly but another call center agent.

Later I became worried when, after I paid several hundred dollars, I had trouble receiving my LLC forms. I felt distressed when I discovered that what I initially thought was my LLC document contained only the title. I then spent an additional $120 to send my documents, including the title, via overnight delivery. In my experience, despite communication that they would promptly send my plates overnight and provide pictures before requesting registration payment, I did not receive this as I expected - instead I got auto attempt charged and received the invoice before any communication about my registration.

I personally felt uncomfortable with the pricing structure, as my experience differed from what I understood about their advertised '$1 starting' cost. I was initially concerned about how my vehicle registration was going to be handled given the above situation and that I didn't receive what I expected. After consistent follow up and posting this review and consistently spending emotional labor on responding to the distressed company responses to the original review, I got what the documents of registration and the plates were finally sent. They are supposed to arrive soon.

I want to be clear that these are my personal experiences and feelings about my specific interactions with the company, and I am continuing to work with them toward a resolution.
