I have ordered from these and whilst that all went smoothly now I’m trying to to return the item because it was too small and I can’t get hold of them! Have emailed 4 times but no response! I’m still trying because £122 is a lot of money to simply lose but it seems the company doesn’t care about that! I wouldn’t recommend them!
Ordered a shirt for my husband and set it aside until the weekend. When opened it was the wrong shirt!! Sent off an email- no reply.
Today I decided to try a bit of detective work and contacted the person on the sales slip. To cut it short- he had my order so we have posted our respective shirts to each other. No contact from the company so far despite emails.
Lovely shirts but I will not be using this company again.
Two days later still no contact from the company but feeling a tad stupid- just realised there are absolutely no contact details for the company on either the order emails or the parcel- something I will be very careful about in future!!!
