We moved in the rain, and they wrapped all of our furniture in plastic. They were very fast, and worked very hard. The price was great, and nothing was lost or damaged. Very happy.

Cristhian and his crew were amazing. Extremely professional and friendly. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience, moving in the rain, turned out to be a positive experience. They were punctual, courteous, and even tolerated our 4 year old's antics. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

Despite having to reschedule our move multiple times due to closing delays, Movers USA was patient, understanding and flexible. Ray was great with rescheduling and working with us to coordinate the details. The day of the move, Humberto and the team were TERRIFIC! They arrived early and kept it moving all day long. They were incredibly hard workers and careful with each box and our furniture. Very professional, checked in with loose items that needed to be boxed and problem solved. The team even rearranged furniture for me. The over and above move came when Humberto noticed the media center wasn't level, feeling uncomfortable with the large flat screen TV unbalanced, he found a solution. I was SO IMPRESSED with this team! They finished the job ahead of schedule saving us money too. They didn't waste any time during the 9 hours they were on the job. I would hire this team in a heartbeat again. Movers USA has earned my business and all my referrals!

I moved from Baltimore Maryland to Columbia South Carolina this past week. I had a one bedroom apartment and a 10' x 15" storage unit to move and relocate. The four men who showed up were very friendly and professional and I was absolutely AMAZED at the care they took to package up my furniture and belongings to ensure their safe arrival here in South Carolina. They almost hermetically sealed each piece of furniture which was very much needed in my case as my furniture is by no means new. I have a lot of ceramic keepsakes and they went box by box to determine how to wrap them so that my belongings would survive the long journey with no damage. This is absolutely MY last move but to anyone of you here reading this review you can NOT do better than Movers USA !!!

Movers USA completed the work at their quoted price, stored our belongings for several months in conditions that kept them in excellent condition, worked quickly and safely. All the movers were respectful and courteous. They moved us into a newly renovated home and left it in mint condition. We could not have been more pleased with the service all-around.

Wonderful! Movers USA was great to work with from start to finish. The people in the office are friendly, very helpful, and very available to answer questions. They work out all of the details about the move very efficiently ahead of time. We were able to organize our move just one week out with them (before any other company even got back to us on a quote).

The actual movers were prompt, polite, and professional. They did everything quickly & worked out details with us ahead of time. Even with them taking breaks (which I'd expect- hard work!) and a few other delays on our end, our final price came in way under quote.

Ovearall, we are very happy with their communication & follow through. I would recommend this company to anyone and use them again myself in a heartbeat.

I couldn't be happier with Movers USA. The company was extremely helpful with all of the preparation on the front end and was completely available to answer my questions. The movers showed up on time and did an incedible job especially for a difficult move from Maryland to Midtown Manhattan. I'm so pleased with how everything worked out.

I was more than pleased with the services of Movers USA. Although their quote was the most expensive (by about $500-2000), I chose them because of the thoroughness with which both Ray and Meghan discussed with me all aspects of the move and pricing. They both spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone which I found reassuring, but never pressured me to place a deposit. I received a confirmation email the week prior to the move and a phone call two days prior. The actual move was just as satisfying. Angel and his partner did a wonderful and efficient job with moving me out and in. They were very pleasant. Nothing was broken. My belongings arrived at the earliest estimated day of arrival. I would certainly chose Movers USA again.

Overall, it was a good move. I think it went a little slower than expected considering we were moving from a storage until. It may have been the heat and then the rain. Toward the end of the day they were understandably fatigued and didn't try as hard to complete tasks. For example, our couch came from a basement row house with narrow stairs but they couldn't get it down here. They said they couldn't get a loveseat down until my husband pushed the issue and down it went. Also, they didn't put any furniture together or beds together. I am almost certain this was a part of the services.
So, move went ok. Nice crew. Respectful of outr belongings. Came on time and worked steadily.

first of all, i've never used a moving company before and no nothing about them, but starting looking them up online, looked at reviews and made some phone calls. sometimes you just have to go with your "gut" feelings and that's what i did when i chose Movers USA - after talking with Gil and his helpfulness and guidance through this I knew i was making the right decision. Our settlement was changed 3 times! and with each change Movers USA made all the changes without hesitation. The team that moved us was awesome, it was above 100 that day and they were great. We will be moving our stuff out of storage in 2 months and definitely will use this company again. I've even asked if we can have the same "team"

We selected Movers USA after seeing online reviews in which it was the top-rated moving company focused specifically on the state of Maryland. We selected them for our move from Prince George's County, Maryland, to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. They arrived early in the time window on both their load-up day in Maryland and on the delivery day in Delaware. They crew was courteous, professional, very hard-working, careful not to damage any walls or doors, and very accommodating to our requests when we changed our minds about placements. We would highly recommend them to anyone in Maryland needing a mover. Many thanks to our specific crew -- Christian, Rudy, Rodrigo, and Richard.

Everyone was courteous and professional from the first phone call to their office to the end of the move. Our furniture was wrapped nicely and treated with care.
