We used US Best Movers several months ago. We were very happy with their service. Setting up the date was easy, their prices are fair, the movers are on-time, fast, and they are careful with your stuff. I highly recommend you give them a call for your next move.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and care of the guys from Movers USA. I got a phone call a day before the move with the reminder and one hour window for guys to show up. Their movers came in exactly on time and started working. They were very careful and thorough packing stuff. They had to disassemble a lot of furniture, which they did very fast and professional. In our new house the access to the second floor was through narrow and long stairs. Guys moved all the stuff without any marks on the walls. Overall I was very impressed by their work and would highly recommend them.

Quick, efficient, friendly and know what they're doing. Ray, the dispatcher, is a professional! He passed on all of my questions and concerns to Angel, that arrived on time for my pick up and was very knowledgable, patient and polite. They all made me feel that I will be well taken care of by going with Movers USA. Jose and Alex did such an amazing job, worked well as a team, fast but accurate, did everything we asked and more, took very good care of our items as if they were their own, loading and unloading in our new home. Absolutely nothing was damaged- we were thrilled!

From start to finish it was superb!
I called 1 month prior to my move, they answered all my questions, were great with scheduling and gave me some advice on how to save by packing myself.
On move day, they showed up on time, 4 guys, they did a walk through my home, made sure everything as discussed and got straight to work.
I could not believe how quick and efficient they were.
At destination, they unload the truck, asked where to put each box /piece and were kind enough to move some furniture around per our request.
So our experience was great, I was very worried to move, but movers USA proved us differently.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is planning to move anytime soon!

Due to personal reasons I've had to move a number of times in the past few years. I called Movers USA for the first move and was very impressed. They were timely (actually showed up early), professional and courteous. They got the work done quickly and efficiently, and the price was reasonable. Naturally when I had to move again I called them and would use them again (but hopefully no more moving for me!).

The team of movers arrived early. They got straight to work - no chit chatting, no stopping to look at cell phones. I do not think they even stopped for lunch. I left before them and drove straight through for 4 hours and they arrived shortly after I did. They apologized for being later than they thought because the truck was too tall to go under a bridge and they had to take the long way around. When unpacking the truck they worked with me as far as where I wanted things placed in the new storage locker. Overall, very courteous and efficient. I recommend them highly.

Gil and his team helped my wife and I move last year in downtown Baltimore. Their organization and coordination of easily accessing my apartment complex (we were on the 5th floor) and getting everything down to their truck with no damage at all was a sight to see. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and how they handled our belongings. During the move in to our new house, there was an issue as the box spring mattress was too large to fit up the staircase. Gil's team had a creative solution within minutes. I am grateful for their service and they took a ton of stress off of my wife and I. We will absolutely be using them in our next move and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Yes, the drivers were a bit late arriving. That could have been due to traffic so, I did not hold anything against them for that. They had the hot tub moved from location in PA to location in MD within the time frame allotted without any issues, even with being a little late. They were careful and courteous. My experience was a pleasurable one ~ not a stressful one! :) Movers USA offered the best price around (and I called MANY). There was good communication. I had to reschedule twice due to snow and, there was never an issue. They were very accommodating! I would definitely use them again and most definitely recommend them to anyone!

Moved from from Annapolis MD to Lexington, NC in a fully loaded 28 ft van. The estimate was right on the money, about $100.00 less than estimated. November 30: Van and crew arrived at 9AM and were finished loading by 4PM. December 1; travel day. December 2; Crew chief called 9AM and said the van would at the new location by 10AM.
Van arrived on time and started unloading. Finished unloading by 2PM and crew departed. Nothing damaged or missing. Our move went outstandingly. My hat is off to you guys! A thumbs up performance.

This was the BEST moving experience I have ever had . Movers USA was on time, communicated effectively, was responsive, and moved my home as fast as possible (and it was an hour shorter than projected). We will us them again, the next time we move! If we move again,

Movers USA moving service moved us from Baltimore Md to Urbanna Va. They can in moved our furniture from the house and storage room into their truck and brought it to Va unpacked and set up our furniture in our new house. Outstanding service I will recommend this company to all my friends.

We recently used Movers USA to perform a move from Maryland to NYC. The move contained many antique and heirloom items, so we were very concerned. However, from our first contact with the estimator through the dispatcher to the movers who performed both pick-up and delivery, it was a seamless and professional experience. Our estimator fully explained all charges to us by phone & even made suggestions to make things easier and more efficient. He followed up with the quote by email, and then willingly answered questions on my subsequent calls to him. I received a call confirming my move the day before arrival, and the movers arrived on time and as agreed. They carefully took items apart that needed to be disassembled, wrapped everything meticulously down to the last corner & leg, then loaded everything onto the truck. A few days later the truck arrived as agreed in NYC, and they completed delivery quickly and put everything where I wanted it (even after I changed my mind a couple of times!). I had no damages, the cost was exactly as quoted, and the movers were all pleasant, eager to do whatever was needed to make the experience a good one, and moved quickly and professionally. A few days after the delivery I even received a call from their customer service department, asking me how everything went & if there was anything they could help with. Although I did not have any problems, I was very impressed that Movers USA cared enough to initiate a follow up call to me and ask if they could help me. All in all, this was EASY BREEZY, and a painless way to transport precious family items from one state to another. I highly recommend Movers USA if you need to move anything!

i'm usually never leaving reviews but this time i had to! i have used movers usa to move from DC to FL. after comparing prices, i have found movers usa to be among the lowest price i could find. but what made my decision clear was the politeness and professionalism in which they acted. i had to give it a try and boy was i lucky! all the way from office work, customer service, polite movers - all just done for perfection. and let me tell you i have plenty of items that were heavy and valuable and non was damaged, scratched, or misplaced. i am a picky individual, but now i found out the is a whole company as picky as i am. definitely use them again!

Movers USA were amazing from the beginning to the end. They had a very fair quote, the staff came on time and each of them was super professional and kind. They treated our new belongings as if it was theirs, and the whole experience was very good! Highly recommended company!

My realtor had recommended Movers USA to me and suggested we will remove some of the clutter out and stage our home. Movers USA had sent some packers, and from the moment they showed up, I was impressed by the high level of service. They had protected the floors with red runners and it was impressive to see that after they left there was no marks on floors or walls. Everything was carefully packed and wrapped.
After the movers left we have staged the home nicely and we were surprised to sell the home in 2 weeks.
Last week the movers came again and moved the rest of the house. Move day came and we were worried about damages, but rest assured these guys were amazing. They worked so hard like little ants and were extremely courteous and polite.
It's been about a week since the move and we have finished all the unpacking. Nothing was damaged, no damage to our home was done.
I was most impressed that in the week after the move Movers USA called to follow up and make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
If I could give more than 5 stars - I would.
