Was paying£35 with sky broadband only and was sick of having to call up and get a discount every 18months. No need now even after the contract period I will still paying less
No problems at all,apart from my old laptop running Linux crashes the WiFi but that's down to my laptop, everything else works fine,TV mobiles iPads .

Too much hassle initially getting connected.

We use 1pMobile and that has been very good. We were looking for another broadband supplier and my wife spotted 1pbroadband. So we signed up for an 18 month contract. So we now have double the speed at £10 less than our previous supplier. So for now all good.

Broadband speeds are very good hence the two stars. No parental controls included or available to add. Very poor in this day and age.

The change to 1p Broadband was straightforward and easy to set up. The price is very good and I am finding the system very quick. I would thoroughly recommend 1p Broadband. I also have my mobile phone with 1p and again excellent.

Nobody gets 5 but not far off.
- simple straightforward- can use old BT sockets (copper) for connections- no hassle with holes and new wires.
- delivered reliable speed as stated up and down over the year or so i have been with them.
- router box, ok but large, software ok,- i use another box.
- no hassle with contracts.
- bit of extra speed for longstanding customers would be a nice touch, but not essential for me.
- very little interaction needed with customer support so that's good. the website easy enough.

So far so good, been with them about a month, change over was flawless and speeds consistently 80mbs and 20mbs. Had a couple of outages but only tempary. Not sure if it's my end, openreach or 1p?
Have been using 1p mobile sims for a while and found them very good, I hope Broadband will be the same.

Improve the customer service response.

It took a couple of weeks to get the internet connection working, phoned repeatedly until a competent operative solved the problem.

Not had a phone line since beginning of contract.
CS repeatedly did a line check - no problem found.
Could have told them that since internet connection perfect. Gave up speaking to them.

No robot call and answer pretty quickly. And their also very helpful too.
I shall stay with them for my broadband.

I have been a customer for years and I kept getting messages about thanks for joining. Then every month, they weren't able to process my Direct Debit for no reason. When I emailed them to cancel my service, they claimed not to have gotten the email. Their pay-as-you-go mobile service is great, but there are clearly admin problems with the broadband.

It's been a while since I moved from Talk Talk and it was the best move ever. My service from 1pbroadband has ben consitently excellent, without interruption and at a great price. Long may it continue.

Very bad internet service. Cutting off many times. Download speed is not as promised.
Contacted many times but not solved yet.

I have been with 1p Broadband for over a year and cannot fault them. Reliable connection, router would be better mps if BT would supply fibre to the house in our area. Cost is a fair price, I used to be with fibre optic cable, but the connection was too often failing, and I was paying £63 a month for 100mps, now I have a 38mps service that's reliable, for streaming, gaming, browsing the internet, and 40% cheaper.

1p Broadband was cheaper than my previous supplier and also promised a faster Fibre service, so the best of both worlds. The predicted download speed speed was up to 40Mb/s -but at my location, -rather distant from the BT cabinet, I only get 20Mb/s. This is a BT limitation so not 1p Broadbands fault.
The supplied Technicolor Router works well and gives good Wi-Fi coverage around the house
