At first i lost £300 after o won £750, I withdrawn £250 which is in pending for a few hours now, honestly if they pay it would be a good casino, if they will pay fast, I would say is a fantastic casino, slots pay well, betting odds are good

I will update to 5 stars or less depending on the withdrawal process cuz we all will lose long term on any casino let's be honest, but at least when a win happens, just be serious and pay us, will give it back anyway 😂

Of course the withdrawal was in pending till it made me cancelling and lost all my money, I will close the account, save your money and play somewhere else!!!

Very hard to withdraw

Its very hard to withdraw money, its happened a few times but arouns christmas I won approx £3000, i made sure to submit passport photos and after multiple attempts all withdrawals were canceled 😞 i then proceed to loose the money. Edit: they contacted me saying my account wasn't verified... but as the review states they rejected my passport and bills photo multiple times... and have no worries accepting deposits

Scam unlicensed/unregulated website. If you are from the UK and considering using this site give your head a wobble!! You might as well just burn your money. read genuine online reviews about the scammers that they are at the likes of casino guru. 2.9/10 safety index VERY LOW tells you everything you need to know. 3 times i’ve tried to withdraw funds…

3 times i’ve tried to withdraw funds from my account today- £185 so not even thousands of pounds; however every time i try, i get an email saying withdrawal request received and then less than an hour later it says they have cancelled it. i spoke to someone on live chat who said i’ve to set up an ewallet but then didn’t actually help to set this up. each time i’ve tried to withdraw from this website i’ve had nothing but issues, i won’t be using it any longer and would strongly suggest everyone else AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've come back to write another review on the 19th of this month at 21.54 pm I did a withdrawal it was pending until gone 10 pm the next evening when I looked my withdrawal was rejected I asked them why they said a technical glitch and to re do the withdrawal and they would get it sorted all in all from the 19th its been 2 and half days with one withdrawal being cancelled I've sent numerous emails to support and my vip manager and the vip department themselves all they keep saying is it's being processed to wait and will get an email when funds released all the emails say the same thing it's like I'm talking to a robot like all the messages are automated. Support won't even help me when I email them all they say is I have a vip manager to message him and he will sort the issue. They keep saying there doing all they can to expedite things clearly not. In there terms and conditions it says fast withdrawal it's 2 -24 hours faster withdrawal if your vip.!! Ever since I signed up the only withdrawal I got was the one on the same day I signed up and it was instant the amount of withdrawals I've put in and the amount I've won since being with them and I've actually never received. I'm trying to find who else I can complain to about the company to make sure I get my funds.. even the time I've been waiting is past the time stated on there own terms and conditions page I'm at a loose end and getting no help of getting my winnings this is still on going and my winnings still say pending from the 19th with a 2nd withdrawal done due to the 1st being cancelled there end

Withdrawals non existent

Waiting over three weeks for my pending withdrawal. As many others report the support team just reply with a generic response about the finance team having to conduct regulatory checks and no timescale can be given. When most other sites process withdrawals in 48 hours it sounds very suspicious. My requests for escalating as a complaint are met with the same response and empty apologies for the frustration. It's now beyond frustration and my hope of ever getting my withdrawal are quickly diminishing. As others suggest, do not use the site.
