I received a different model than what…
I received a different model than what I ordered. I wish that I had been notified prior to shipping that the model that I ordered was no longer available. I would have chosen a different color it I had known which model was being sent. The only reason that I am giving a higher rating is because I chatted with customer service and they made arrangements to send all of the accessories that would have come with the original model. Again, I was not notified when the accessories were shipped. An area for improvement would be better warehouse communication with the buyer.

Very nice and works well. Was worried since there is weight to the broom that double sided tape that it came with would not hold but it's been hanging up for last few days without a problem.
