Fantastic customer service
I’ve haven’t received my scooter as of yet. It’s with my depot and arriving today. From start to finish the communication with 1scooter has been amazing. All my questions where answered, I was given a tracking number and was able to follow my item. A decent price, And considering we have had massive delays with the coronavirus and Xmas on top of that. Delivery has been really quick, my parcel will be with me in around an hour I’m happy, I’ll update and let you no how the scooter is when it comes

Bought kugoo g2 pro electric scooter from 1scooter it arrived within 1 week good company only issue is it arrived with a small scratch on the lcd due to shipping.

It's been over 7 working days and I'm still waiting on my scooter. I am expecting it to be here on Monday.
However what I will say is Matthew has been very helpful on the communication side of things. Purely because I have been waiting over a week for my product that is the reason for my review.
