Extremely Poor Customer Service - no response to several messages!

I have used them for years and not had much problems. However had cancelled this on Oct 6th for a reservation from Oct 12th. According to their terms i was due a full refund. Have sent them several emails and messages through their web portal and not had any response. Extremely poor customer service. I have not received my refund either. Am going to dispute it with my credit card provider and definitely not use them again,

Used this service for years
Used this service for years, changed couple things in profile, made an error on my part, coresponded to resolve, in order to secure reservation, the company called me, ensuring reservation was set and resolving profile issue.
Without exception the company has always, continues to provide excellent service, incredible value for car rentals, genuinely caring for and actually indulging in verbal communication with their customers.

Really good company
Very responsive and helpful to any changes. Simple to navigate website. Great choice of vendors and no hidden extras. I have used them for several years. Email and telephone queries are always answered promptly and efficiently. My only hold back from awarding five stars is the email "save this quote" service doesn't seem to work anymore.
