Deserve a write up, was desperate for tickets for last ever Everton derby at Goodison park.
Was apprehensive to use online site but took a chance, the previous trust pilot reviews weren’t bad, bought 1st ticket all went smoothly so then bought the 2nd for a family member. It was a price to pay but professional and worth it 👍

Just been to the spurs Chelsea game, bought tickets through these guys, no problems at all, payed for tickets about 5 weeks before and received confirmation, tickets are sent to you via email normally a day or two before ( we received ours 5 days before) great game, hassle free ticket purchase and I’ll definitely use them again.

Now, they are pretty expensive! The tax added on is astronomical, but it is what it is, we chose seats behind the goal and that’s exactly what we got, 11th row back great view.

It’s fairly daunting sending over £4/500 and hearing very little for weeks, but trust me..they are genuine and you’ll have a great time’ there is a what’s app number provided on the final email with the tickets provided JUST INCASE any issues.

Bought tickets on website for Man Utd vs Leeds Aug 21, 5 days before game at 11pm. Received email 8.30am next day asking for additional info to get tickets. Swiftly responded and received my tickets by 10am same day!! Attended game, no problems whatsoever and enjoy Utd destroying Leeds!! Top class service, will 100% use again 👏 👍

Decided to go to EFL final on the morning of the match.
logged on, paid and received email confirmation instantly. Followed up within 10 mins with collection details. Agent phoned us to confirm meeting as we drove to Wembley which was reassuring. Met as arranged and watched the match in excellent seats.Paid £350 for £200 of tickets which is an acceptable mark up. On-line touts perhaps but they delivered a fine service. It was nerve wracking this first time but i will now use them again

Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered tickets for Chelsea V Fulham (2/12/19) - "Behind the Goal" seats. When ordering it stated the postal charge and the service fee. Checked my bank statement a couple of days later and turns out the service fee of £22 something service fee is PER TICKET. So 3 tickets that actually cost £138 ended up costing £302. Not clear when ordering but my fault for not reading properly.

Tickets have just been picked up and seats are actually in the East Stand, Upper Level. NOWHERE near the goal!

I understand that the generic description assumes the worst seat in that vicinity but being in a totally different stand is not acceptable!

Trying to call them doesn't work because they don't work on a weekend! Very handy. So now I have to go to the match, with massively over priced tickets, in an area that I didn't want because I don't want to "waste" £300.

Taking my daughter for her first Chelsea match and my nephew who flew in from Australia yesterday. Very disappointed.

I bought tickets for Chelsea v Man Utd. As I was travelling a fair distance to get to London I did not want to risk postal delays so opted for picking up the tickets in London. The person I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and contacted me repeatedly to make sure of where and when to deliver tickets. I was texted as soon as they were delivered to my hotel reception. The tickets were as described and we had a good uninterupted view of the pitch. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

So I purchased a neutral ticket for the Champions League Final. But I received one that is in the Real Madrid end!!! Now I can’t even sell it on and the company have told me they can’t sell it for me. What a bad experience for a first time buyer. Very disappointed and feel let down.

I admit I was skeptical. I hadn't heard of this company, much less dealt with them. I bought tix thru them, as my husband dreamt of seeing Scotland vs England. Some anxiety was relieved when the tix were waiting at the hotel upon his arrival. Yay! Were they the real thing? Great tension relieved when Rick & his sister entered Hampden Park!! Thanks for helping me make a dream come true. When relatives in Scotland told me there was no way I could have authentic tickets (I'm in Canada) I asked the Company to reassure me that I did indeed, have tickets. This was graciously done.

I was sceptical at first but have now used them a few times for premier league games and always come up trumps with great seats - definitely a company I recommend and go to first when looking for tickets.

I bought a ticket for PSG and Real Madrid match for around Euro 503,00. It was written fantastic seat in the long side but i found out that it was in the corner side (short side) and when i check the price of the ticket in the exact area in www.viagogo.fr i found it for Euro 120,00!!!.

I sent 1stfootballtickets an email complaining but they didn't reply to me although i bought from them also another 2 tickets for Arsenal and Bayern Munich match. I am really disappointed.

On the other hand, i had a very good experience with the Arsenal- Bayern Munich match in terms of pricing, seats, delivery...etc. I would give them 5 stars on this.

Would use again. Very straight forward
