First rate experience

AVOID this company. arrived at airport and they were nowhere to be seen. WhatsApp at 2am local time for them to say they do not provide a taxi service when they took my money 5 days previous. Terrible company. No apology or refund. Zero communication apart from pathetic WhatsApp message. Do not use them.

Can't praise this taxi service enough. Used them many times and they are always prompt, reliable and very helpful. I was due to return to UK on 06/07/2026 but flight was cancelled due to Etna eruption. I returned 2 days later and didn't get back to Luton until 145am but they were flexible and understanding and a driver was waiting. An outstanding service, if I could give 10 stars then I would. Great value and highly recommended.

The online presence gives the impression that this company prides themselves on providing baby seats. This was not the case when they turned up at our house with the wrong car seat for our 10 week old baby. When I complained, no apology was offered. Will not use again or recommend.

Absolute joke of company. Booked for trip and they cancelled with no explanation, simple trip. Will never use

Be very wary of this company. I made a booking in dubai which they took and nobody showed up. After arrival they said they did not operate in Dubai currently, but they never advised this and now ignore my communications and do not offer to refund me.

Arrived on time, clean & quality car. Child friendly with good quality car seat & very safe driving. Will definitely book again!

Our driver Muzaffar was punctual, courteous, friendly and helpful. He was also very interesting and intelligent: the conversation I had with him made the journey go much faster and I ended the journey better informed than when I started. His driving was fine too.

Taxi booked, money taken and then cancelled. Yet no refund for 10 days as advised. Why take the money when you don't have any drivers. Should know this first before taking money or check you have drivers and then request money, deposit etc. Avoid.

What a fanatic company. Have used many times to take me to Luton airport and back home. They track your flight when picking you up to make sure they get to you on time . Polite drivers and you don’t pay too much either

On time , and liked the tracking app so we were ready for when he arrived , have used before hence why we booked again

This taxi service was amazing! They were perfectly on time with picking us up at 3:00am ready to go to the airport and arrived early. They were really kind and traveled very safe.
They were 1 hour early to the airport to pick us up and take us home and were again, very kind and fast. Amazing transfer and I will be using again.

We had a group of 9 people and they brought 2 taxis for us and were both great!

First time using 1st Airport Taxis and so easy from booking online (3 hours before landing) to being able to track my driver upon landing and then a quick phone call confirming pick up zone. Seamless and will definitely be using you again, thanks

I was travelling from Australia with a fair amount of luggage. As soon as I turned on my phone when we landed. I received a text to say the driver was happy to pick me up earlier if required. I was met at Heathrow on time. The driver handled my luggage trolley and was courteous and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver was a safe driver and I felt safe in the car.

My driver communicated well with me when I booked a ride. He was a few minutes early, which was good, as I was ready to go. He was courteous and a great driver in the early morning as traffic started to pick up. I felt safe.
