I ordered a taxi with 1st class when I…

I ordered a taxi with 1st class when I finished my check up at barlborough NHS hospital and they told me twenty minutes as there wasn't a car in the area I waited and nothing came after waiting an hour and quarter I decided to ask the receptionist if she could ring me another one which turned up in 10 minutes when I phoned them up when I got back cause my battery died they said they texted me to say a car wasn't available I've been home 39 minutes now and still no text absolutely unprofessional and discusting

If i could pick no stars I would

If i could pick no stars I would. Disgusting company. Turnt up over an hr late, almost crashed, slammed brakes so hard we all went flying. Very unprofessional and didn't seem to care how late they were. We missed our on going booking because he was so late. Acted all apologetic, but since then has blocked our number and not answering emails. So rude, would never recommend to anyone and would advise anyone booking them to think again. So many better companies out there. Save your money and go to a company that acts professionally. Not this cowboy act.

Excellent service

This was a brilliant experience we went all the way from fleet to Bristol for a hen night the driver Paul was brilliant and very accommodating for toilet breaks etc and he ten picked us up 24 hours later for another brilliant journey home I would definitely use this company again thanks guys

I had a girlie night out, in london.
Driver arrived on time as asked, he was pleasant and happy, and dressed smartly.I
would highly recommended this company , and use them again.

Brilliant Service

I booked a taxi with this company first of all i did not expect a Mercedes to turn up but the driver was superb on time with great smooth ride with plenty of jokes to tell me, nothing was to much trouble for this guy, i have used plenty of taxi companies over the years, the driver plays a important part of the companys image and without this it can reflect on the company, so well done 1st Class Cars you have one well trained driver Here, i will be using you again and i would highly recommend your service regards Robert
