I applied for insurance for my car they…

I applied for insurance for my car they offer me the quote and in quote they add more options for different products. I purchased almost everything. And when I went to payment they said on your provided information we cant give you policy. And they gave no reason because there was non only I had some accidents. If they wont give me insurance why did they offer me. This is a scam and if it effects on my Insurance I'll will file a case about it. So before going through this insurance be carefully they can decline your insurance which will case your premiums higher
