I went to a local furniture store and found a recliner I liked. It was going to be 10 weeks or more to get it. 1Stop had it for less money and delivered it to my door. I bought a great product at a great savings. The whole ordering and delivery process went just as they described and I was not disappointed. Customer service was great also when I called for an update. I was skeptical when I read reviews, but my experience was great! I will be back again!

Cobi was very knowledgable of the products I asked about offering me the best price available. I asked if there might be another bed I liked with a restriction on the side table size. He then showed me the Caracole Classic which was gorgeous. I was drawn to the light and brightness of the pieces and the side tables gorgeous coming in under the size I needed making more space in the room. He made excellent recommendations and I’m grateful to have found this store.

We absolutely love our product—it’s exactly what we were hoping for and works great. Unfortunately, our delivery experience wasn’t quite as smooth. We were given a delivery window of 2–6 PM, but the team didn’t arrive until around 6:40, which was a bit frustrating.
Assembly also took longer than expected—over an hour—and my husband ended up helping, which felt a little unusual for a white glove service. At the same time, I was trying to get our baby to sleep, and the noise made that pretty difficult.
That said, the delivery person was very kind and professional, and we understand that delays can happen and may not have been their fault. Overall, we’re very happy with the product itself, but the delivery experience could definitely be improved.
