Amazing products, and amazing customer service. This company has captured the perfect protien bar that are not chalking tasting, excellent amounts of protein and vitamins. We use all of their products all the way to the kids products for our girls.
My wife is a certified nutritionist, and she too agrees no protein shake or bar can compare to their products.

This company is in the business of making big bucks!! I started with a plan for $9.95, which was great, and it showed limited workouts and you could track your food everyday, kinda like My Fitness Pal but with 2 months they changed the plan to be $29.99 for the same thing. I liked their format on track your food then they changed it again after 3 months, and now it rarely works at all. I tried to put my track my food for 3 days, and the website went down 3 times, and it didn't come up until the next day! What you pay for at 1st Phorm you can get anywhere on line for $9.99! They ripe people off! I purchased some of their protein products and they say they offer a money-back guarantee. Well it is if you want to pay for the postage back which costs half of what the product costs! To me, money-back guarantee if you are not happy, you can return it without being charged for postage and handling the second time! They also put pressure on their trainers to sell the merchandise which is how they make their money! The products are a waste of money!!These people are a joke! They said they called me back when I was having a problem with my app but that was a lie!! Sorry company!!

1st Phorm L glutamine has made all the difference in my gut health. I’ve tried 3 other brands and ran into 1st Phorm by accident. I’m so glad I did!

This might be the very worst in customer service experience! How hard is it to get an order out. It’s been almost 3 months and the disregard and lack of care even after several phone calls, emails, and PROMISES that our order would go out. Love their products - when I get them… order at a risk. No confidence for me, just absolute frustration!

I haven't tried their supplements yet, but I signed up for their app in 2021. I signed up for the app because I had plateaued in my weight loss journey. I had just the last 10 pounds to lose. I met my goal with my advisor's help! On to new goals!! I love all the things within the app: My advisor is amazing (#TeamMeg). She actually cares about me and my goals; I love that I can easily track my macros and my daily activity; I love that I can follow their fitness programs or use my own; I love that I am never pressured to purchase anything; I love the daily live streams (weekdays) where there is daily content of various subjects. Want to know how to navigate macros? Alcohol? Holidays? Unsupportive people? They've got you covered! Highly recommend!!

This is my all time favorite protein powder. It's delicious, smooth and there are so many flavors! The clothing I've bought from them is also such great quality. They also care about their customers! I've got multiple calls from the company just to see where I'm at in my journey. They didn't try to sell me anything. I've got 2 separate customer appreciation boxes randomly with hand written notes and encouragement. My first box was protein powder that goes with another full bottle of ignition and a 3rd bottle of another product that I had not tried attached was a hand written note with suggestuobs on how to better reach my goals. The last one I got just today was a prayer journal and daily gratitude journal. They just really want to watch us as customers be better. I love 1st Phorm! Their products have been my all time favorite thus far in my health/wellness journey over the past 10 years.

It's been a long time since I've come across a company that cares about their customers. 1st Phorm not only met, but exceeded, expectations after I ordered Collagen from them (which was highly recommended by a very influential fitness expert!). Thank you for being a true example of what customer service should be about, and for developing a company that truly cares about its customers and the products its providing to them.

I love Greens and Reds! I like to mix them together with lemonade. I definitely feel that it helps me with bloating and it is delicious.
Also, I would like to mention the sweet and kind notes I receive with every order. It always makes my day better!

Love and trust this company. I use a female hormonal balance and Radiant for healthier, blemish-free skin. Both have made a difference within a few weeks. The customer service is fabulous without pushy. I’m halfway through a two-month supply and will definitely re-order ans most likely subscribe this time. I’m always dubious about supplements and “beneficial” pills of any kind but the reviews were right. This is the read deal.

I've ordered multiple times from 1st Phorm. The protein powder is amazing but the Collagen with Dermaval is exceptional!
I received the wrong product a few months back and emailed the company. I actually received a call back (from an actual person) and the correct item was shipped out the very same day. I wasn't required to ship back the wrong product. The guy on the phone was super nice and I will continue to order products from 1st Phorm.
