If I could give a 0 rating I would. Takes over 6 weeks to receive ANYTHING from them. Will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from them again. They're also MORE EXPENSIVE than Amazon!!

Chinese scam shop! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Promised my order in 3-5 days. Then when 5 days passed and I contacted them they promised 10-15 days. Then it was 25 days. The product arrived and was nothing like the website description. It was a cheap, horrible product that I would never consider giving to anyone. When I asked for a full refund and a return shipping label they offered me a $!5 credit! Also, when you submit your Visa card thinking you are protected, it charges to a Paypal account that can't be reversed. Do not ever do business with this company. I have reported them to the BBB.

This company is terrible! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they are not true to size and to return them for the right size I would have to pay shipping. I don’t recommend anyone ordering from this company. I got screwed!!!

We also ordered the $89 grille. Money was taken and have heard nothing! I feel the same way. Facebook should not allow these ads to be placed if they are not going to back them. Looked totally legit. SCAM!!!

I also ordered the Blackstone Grill in December 2018, after numerous attempted phone calls and emails no response. Bank can't get my money back either, I feel a bit foolish now. I was so hesitant to purchase for awhile I should have gone with my gut. SCAM!! they do not even deserve a star!!!

This ordeal has made me sick. My money is gone also and no carseat/stroller. My grandson will be born in a week or so. I gotta figure something out. I'm sad but glad I found this review.

I would not even give them one star if that was an option. Ordered a grill and never received it. Phone number is from Russia. Shipping bills are in Chinese, or something similar solar. Website looks very legit. The bank tried getting my money back, but Super Shop provides a shipping label and so-called proof of delivery....all in a foreign language. Too bad these companies are monitored. I learned my lesson. I rarely will buy online!!!

I’m sorry that we all fell for this scam. Ordered the black stone grill in December last year and received nothing. Someone got rich and it wasn’t us.

I ordered a car seat back in Jan and still have not received it. Have sent many emails. Sometimes they reply but must be a robot email cause it says same thing every time or no reply in 3 months since last time I emailed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Iam right with all of you I order my grill back in Jan and still havenet got it and dont think I ever will. All I can say is I fell for something that I thought was good and it wasnt. Only God knows who did it and they will answer to him. They must of needed the money more then us. Sorry for all of us. May God be with us all
