I can’t thank Joseph enough for finalising our fly cruise yesterday. He was so cool, calm and collective for four days and not once did he show annoyance as, I kept changing my mind on not only which cruise to take but, also which airline to fly and pre cruise hotel too. Joseph exceeded all my expectations by being patient and understanding all the way. I shall recommend Joseph to family and friends and book future cruises and holidays through him again.

Mo dealt with our enquiry of a trip to Niagra Falls and New York City. Nothing was too much trouble. Offered different options regarding hotels until we got it right, added a night on and changed flights.

Eddie was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him when he helped us book our cruise. He guided us through the process with patience and always phoned us back straight away when he looked for information for us. We are extremely happy with the whole booking experience at Worldwide travel.

Was happy with service and negotiation of cruise deal. Phoned back promptly with communications when needed. Also communicated by WhatsApp and email when I was unavailable to take a phone call.

I was looking for a holiday and found out that worldwideholiday had the best deal in comparison with other places.

The adverts were on Travelzoo.
It was easy to look through website as I had a rough idea what I wanted.
I sent through my ideas and Eddie was in touch immediately.
As I was on Leave for a long weekend break, Eddie gave me options, got back in touch quickly & efficiently with choices. Paying the deposit was straight forward-I knew Eddie was working behind the scenes to make our holiday as smooth as possible.
Prices excellent, hotel choices excellent, Eddie, as tour agent was also excellent

Eddie was great and sort out free upgrades on train from Memphis to New Orleans and to a balcony cabin on the ship.
Booking was easy with no issues.

This is our first time using Worldwide holidays but certainly won’t be our last. Joseph was our consultant and he was very professional and friendly, he listened to all our requirements and preferences and delivered a tailor made package for us. Thank you Joseph.

Mo had been absolutely fabulous - he’s helped me arrange a fairly complex multi city holiday in America which all went without a single hitch and was amazing - we all had such a good time.
Since then Mo has arranged a med cruise for me and a group of friends plus an Asia cruise.

So Far, our cruise booking has gone swimmingly. Eddie has been very helpful in securing our cabin number we had requested. It is our first time using this company but would use again.

First time using Worldwide, Saw a cruise package they were offering. Contacted them and dealt with Mo. We wanted to make some changes to the options included in the package and Mo sorted it for us no problem. Mo was always easily contactable by both email and phone which was good. Would have no problems using Worldwide again in the future.

Eddie is always on the ball to meet one’s needs. He dotsthe i’s and crosses the T’s ensuring that your. Vacation goes without a hitch whilst meeting your budget. I have used him now on four occasions.

My contact Joseph was quick and thorough with getting me a quote for my chosen holiday and once booked the good service continued with him sending me a detailed email of my 2027 trip along with processing my holiday deposit .
