chat agent not resolve my issue. when i write email they ask for customer verification after verification they demand deposit receipt. when i send deposit receipt the next email they send again customer verification.my withdraw is still pending. they are scammer

Your deposits and withdrawals will work just fine when you’re not winning too big..but when you do win big, they’ll block your account from receiving OTPs and verification codes for withdrawals for days in order to frustrate you and make you gamble everything away. Their support team will just keep telling you to check your “spam” folder and their technical team will lie to you that the problem is fixed when it isn’t..you’ll keep contacting then until you grow tired and frustrated, then you give up and they take everything back..PS: I have evidence of everything they did to me.
