I am filing this complaint against the platform due to repeated misleading bonus commitments by VIP Managers, which has remained unresolved despite multiple escalations.

Over the last one month, the same issue has occurred six (6) times:

A VIP Manager confirms a deposit bonus offer to me in writing

I deposit funds based on that confirmation

After the deposit, the bonus is either denied, changed, or claimed to be sent by mistake

In my latest complaint, I received only one bonus, but this does not resolve the repeated and systemic nature of the issue.

Key points:
• My VIP Manager was changed, yet the new manager repeated the same behavior
• This confirms the issue is not isolated to one individual
• I have deposited over INR 1 crore in the last one month
• I have screenshots of all conversations attached, clearly showing confirmations before deposit and denial afterward

• Assurance that written bonus confirmations are honored

Account blocked after verification error – USD 1,570 withheld without explanation

My 1win account (ID 337418085) was permanently blocked with USD 1,570 remaining in the balance.
The block occurred automatically during a second verification attempt. The system showed a message saying that my account had already been successfully verified, and immediately after that, my account was blocked.
Since then, I have only received generic copy-paste responses referring to clause 9.7, without:
specifying what rule was allegedly violated
providing any evidence
addressing the verification system error
I strongly deny any fraudulent activity (no multi-accounting, no automation, no arbitrage, no bonus abuse). I used the account normally and transparently.
After more than 30 days, 1win has refused to explain the legal basis for withholding my funds or whether a refund is possible.
This review is a warning to other users: funds can be locked without clear explanation, and support does not provide meaningful human review.

UPDATE:
1win responded publicly but did not address my questions regarding the
verification system error or the legal basis for withholding USD 1,570.
No specific violation or evidence has been provided.

UPDATE 2: After 30+ days and multiple escalations, 1win still refuses to explain the alleged violation or the legal basis for withholding my balance.

SCAM, be careful!

On 6th of December my account has been blocked. Because I can not log in, I can’t request for a withdrawal of my 8000+$ of which 5000+$ are my deposits. My few e-mails to them didn’t received any response.

I am very disappointed with this situation, because I was loyal client in this casino with long history of sport bets.
I didn’t break any rules, the account was used only by me. I’m able to provide any proofs for this.

Withdrawal scam and poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with 1win’s service. My withdrawal was marked as successful, yet I have still not received the money in my bank account even after more than 8 days. The support team takes an unreasonably long time to respond, and when they do, they do not help resolve the issue. Instead of providing a solution or a transaction reference number, they keep repeating the same questions again and again without taking any real action. This lack of responsibility and transparency is unacceptable. A withdrawal marked as successful should mean the money is credited, but that has not happened in my case. Scam site. Withdrawals voided. No resolve after MULTIPLE ATTENPTS

Scam. Will not let you withdraw if you are located in North America.

Their customer support goes to a 'live agent' who never responds. All withdrawals are "cancelled" so the "money" (quotations because it would appear the funds don't exist unless you play with it), sits in the account.

Withdraw to bank cards (in any amount) will never occur. STAY AWAY.

Edit*: Assuring me that your not a scam site, but not allowing me to withdraw after 11 attempts does not prove anything. I tried 5 different bank cards, all of them said "withdrawal accepted" and when I checked two hours later. The money is magically back in my account. How much money? Well I tried 999, then 845, then 700, 600, 500, 400, 300. And a slew of others all of them "accepted" then "auto-cancelled." You do not actually care, your are trying to show you care by assuring false returns.

A patience lasted for 1 month

The website allows deposits without any issues, but withdrawing money to any bank card is impossible. Every withdrawal request is automatically canceled within 15–30 minutes after submission.

Customer support is not helpful at all. Responses appear to be automated and scripted, with no real assistance provided. They continuously delay the process and fail to resolve the issue.

I have full proof of this situation, including numerous screenshots of chats with support and multiple withdrawal attempts. Despite this, nothing has been resolved.

This appears to be a “legit scam” model where deposits work but withdrawals do not. I strongly advise against using this service!

1win DON'T PAY winning bets

I am writing to submit a formal complaint against the betting platform 1WIN, as I have experienced what I consider to be an unfair and completely unjustified issue regarding one of my bets.

I placed a bet that was clearly and unquestionably a winning bet, yet 1WIN decided to mark it as “cancelled.” As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted their support team through email, live chat, and their official Telegram channel, providing multiple pieces of evidence, including screenshots, that clearly show the bet should have been settled as a win.

Instead of addressing the evidence, their responses were dismissive, unrelated, and often simply untrue. At no point did they provide a valid explanation for cancelling a bet that was evidently won.

Shortly after insisting on a fair resolution, 1WIN restricted my account, preventing me from placing any further bets. Because of this limitation, I was forced to withdraw my remaining balance, as the account was essentially unusable. This restriction appears to be retaliatory simply because I requested justice for a legitimate winning bet.

The amount owed to me is €115, corresponding to the cancelled winning bet.
I have all screenshots, proofs, and full documentation available and can provide everything upon request.

I believe their actions are unacceptable and go against the principles of transparency and fairness that any betting platform should uphold.

Very Disappointed — Missing Withdrawal and No Support.
