Shit casino please don't play only taking money I deposited over 1000 euro and did not win at all deposit almost every day and never win never wasting money !!!

So, I go into the casino promotions, and I choose the Friday Reload bonus. I pay the requested amount and surprise: no bonus. I contact the support and I get a response which mentions something called "bonus ratio", and mine is ELEVATED. Because of this I will not be getting my bonus. I ask for nb. 1) explanation of what that is... and nb. 2) to show me where in the terms of Friday Reload bonus that stuff is mentioned even once.
They can't point me to where it is mentioned because it isn't of course. As far as the explanation I have basically been getting TOO MANY BONUSES, and I can't get this one because of that. The very, very, very funny thing is: THE ONLY BONUSES I HAVE BEEN GETTING AND USING ARE THE ONES THEY GIVE OUT EVERY WEEKEND. The ones you get when you reach a certain level. I haven't paid cash into my account for something like 4, 5 weeks so any bonus wasn't me buying it but rather them giving out the bonuses on their own accord. 20Bet – EUR 7,880.83 in withdrawals marked “Successful” but not received
I am publishing my experience with 20Bet based on documentation that I have retained.
Two withdrawals were made from my 20Bet account:
• 10 September 2025 – EUR 4,000.00 – Withdrawal ID 80577844
• 12 September 2025 – EUR 3,880.83 – Withdrawal ID 80763124
Total: EUR 7,880.83
Both withdrawals appear in 20Bet's system as successful.
However, I did not receive the EUR 7,880.83 in my Revolut account.
Following my complaints, 20Bet provided two RRN references in connection with the alleged payments:
• RRN 091900002386
• RRN 091700002301
I submitted those references directly to Revolut for investigation.
According to the written response I subsequently received from Revolut, the corresponding payments/credits could not be located in my account/card records using those references.
Revolut also informed me that, if the merchant maintains that the payments were successfully made, an official ARN or card refund/payment receipt should be provided so that a formal Mastercard trace can be conducted.
I provided this information to 20Bet.
20Bet subsequently requested a PDF bank statement covering the period from the withdrawals onwards. I supplied the requested statement.
I was later asked to provide an original statement issued directly by my payment provider without any edits, modifications or alterations.
I therefore resent the original PDF generated and downloaded directly from my Revolut account and expressly confirmed that it had not been edited, cropped, converted or otherwise modified.
I have also asked 20Bet to confirm the exact payment instrument to which each withdrawal was allegedly sent and to provide the ARN or equivalent technical payment evidence establishing the transaction-level connection.
I still have not received the outstanding EUR 7,880.83.
Judicial proceedings have consequently been initiated before a Portuguese Julgado de Paz, and the evidence concerning the withdrawals, correspondence, RRN references and Revolut investigation has been preserved for those proceedings.
Nevertheless, I have made a final attempt to resolve the matter amicably and have provided bank details held in my own name so that the outstanding EUR 7,880.83 can be transferred voluntarily.
I have documentation supporting the chronology described above.
For clarity, I am not alleging that the RRN references are fraudulent or making any criminal accusation. I am reporting what my documentation currently shows: 20Bet recorded the withdrawals as successful, supplied references for the alleged payments, and the corresponding credits could not be located through the subsequent investigation I requested from Revolut.
If 20Bet resolves the matter and I actually receive the EUR 7,880.83, I will update this post publicly to confirm that the dispute has been resolved.
