5 stars, warm welcome from Olivier as you enter the premises which are spotless. Filled out the form, then Michael the audiologist came through and welcomed me into his treatment room, where he explained everything. He then inspected my ears, one was hard wax, the other not to bad, he cleared both ears no problem, he is a very easy going man.
Highly recommended.

just to start off I did not have an appointment.. I did try get an appointment for my 2 year old but as I was explained by the lovely woman called Olivia on the phone my 2 year old would need to sit and be comfortable enough to let Chris do he's job. I did ring yesterday 23rd june late.. but as Olivia stuck to her word and got back to me the next day 24th june and explained although Chris couldn't do anything for my 2 year old maybe to try and get at my doctors for an appointment for my 2 year old as he has a problem with people touching he's ears... but I would like to say a MASSIVE MASSIVE thank you to Olivia appreciate the time you took to speak and kindly help me with my problem. such a lovely woman. massive 5 stars for customer service.

Would highly recommend 2020 hearing uk. Chris explained everything was very apprehensive at first but was out at ease . The receptionists were lovely . I rang for an appointment and got in the next day .
Can hear brilliantly now .

We both had the pleasure of recently visiting 2020 hearing. Both Chris and Olivia couldn’t have been more professional and helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were fully answered. We would highly recommend them.

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife after our visit to 2020 Hearing Ltd.
She was treated with the utmost professionalism by Chris and his team and was never put under any pressure to purchase any hearing aids or products. I was with her at all times as she is disabled, and initially she was reluctant to wear hearing aids and had been for some considerable time. This was due to the fact she felt conspicuous about their appearance and was in denial she was having trouble hearing.
Chris did a great job putting her at ease and she realised after all the tests that she had a problem hearing. She was also very pleased when shown what modern hearing aids looked like and could and that they could barely be seen.
It was only on about the third visit that she decided to buy the hearing aids at a price that suited her and she has never looked back. It has changed her life and thanks go to Chris and his team from us both, for all their care and support that they gave her.
We have no hesitation in recommending 2020 Hearing Ltd. to anyone with hearing issues.

This was my first ever visit for ear wax removal using micro suction and I was feeling a bit nervous. As soon as I entered the clinic I was met with a very warm welcome. The reception area was extremely clean and tidy, well prepared with hand sanitizer, wipes and your temperature is taken on entering, this made me feel very comfortable.
Rev. Chris Scire the audiologist explained exactly what would happen during the procedure, I felt completely at ease. The procedure was quick and completely painless and for anyone who maybe considering this method for ear wax removal, I can highly recommend 2020 hearing for a thoroughly professional first class service.

Chris and his wonderful receptionist were great. They made me feel very at ease and the procedure itself was quick and painless. Chris was very clear in his explanation of my diagnosis and I left the shop feeling very positive. Parking around the area is also positive.

As soon as you walked through the door you were made welcome by the reception staff, you are asked to fill out a health questionnaire which was mainly just tick boxes.
The procedure took about 5minutes and was relatively painless. Chris the audiologist explained everything that he was doing and preventative measures that you could take. Chris does not syringe your ears but uses suction instead, with suction he can see the wax whereas with syringe he can't.
The whole establishment was very clean and adhered to covid rules.

Great professional service and Chris and the team are very helpful and friendly every time I visit. Would recommend to anyone.

This was my second visit to 20 20 Hearing. I returned because of the outstanding advice and service I was given on my first visit. The second time was no exception. The consultation did not recommend further action and this was reassuring. I never feel that there is an interest in selling me products, hearing appliances that may not be necessary. I trust the service.

Absolute wonderful man! Made me feel relaxed and at ease. All the staff are so welcoming and warm. I will be visiting regularly. So glad 2020 hearing exists, within 3 weeks I was cleared and could hear again! We take for granted the days we can hear something so clear, until something happens.
