We advise all customers to 'share' rather than forward the card, or send directly through our App, as there is an known issue affecting Android phones and videos on WhatsApp (outside of our control) that creates playback issues when videos are forwarded inside the application. 2050 cards used to be really a great…
2050 cards used to be really a great App but this last year it has been poor in terms of response .. the cards are delayed in loading and Xmas eve and news eve the cards arrived a day late . The web site I believe is more responsive but when you are on the go you want to use the App and you want to send cards in the moment, which is something the App can no longer cope with. Therefore I have stopped my subscription.

We doubled our card collection last year which unfortunately had the unforeseen affect of making it twice as long to open the app. We have now released a new version that resolves the issue. We are also in the process of shifting onto a new database and a custom built backend that will make our system more reliable during peak events when demand is high. All best, 2050cards

Easy to create but the issue I had was positioning text. I wanted text on different lines which it allowed me to do but when created it wasn’t. This led to one bit of text that should have had a space but didn’t. I couldn’t see a preview of the finished text, if I had I could have corrected it.

They did not put in all the words and made it seem that I was okay with the limit.
Then the cheeky buggers charged me more than if I could senf a card with postage on my own !
Hard pass ! This is a rip-off !

Hopeless!!!!
The card I received was exactly what I wanted, problem was that when I sent it to the person via watsapp, the person contacted me to say that the file could not be opened, absolutely HOPELESS !!!
Would never use this service again, was a really important jesture that failed miserably.
